Michael L. Ross, DO, Miami FL

Was a very bad expirience. If you are looking for a doctor office that cares about you as a patient I do not think this is the place to go.

I also enjoy just catching up with him and his family, most of whom work there, and getting current inside info on the Pandemic. Dr. Ross is always focused on solving whatever problem I have or even just making sure my med protocols stay current. Every doctor should have his concern for patients. Michael H

Dr. Ross is truly a wonderful and caring doctor with incredible bedside manner. I know my mom is in very good hands with him.

As usual Dr. Ross doesn't disappoint. I hadn't been to Dr. Ross in years and well overdue. Dr. Ross welcomed me with open arms, as if it yesterday. Dr. Ross is a true caring, kind and compassionate, he treats his patients like family. Not only is he a wonderful person, he's a kickass Dr.no doubt. He's patient maybe a little to patient, lol. Very few physicians take the time to provide the level of care and attention that Dr. Michael Ross does.

I had a biopsy taken today. I had been worried, however I am thrilled to report that the procedure went smoothly. I felt no pain at all and Dr Ross performed the procedure quickly. I have had very good experiences with Dr. Ross and his staff.

Dr. Ross is the best AME in the industry!
He not only cares deeply for me as an airmen, he cares for me as a person.

I have had the blessing of having Dr. Ross and family as my family's physician for just under 20 years. First as my aeromedical doctor and then as both including primary. Dr. Ross and staff are ALWAYS very caring thorough and professional. I would recommend Dr. Ross to everybody with no hesitation.

I have been a patient for over 9 years. Unfortunately, it’s gotten to the point I can no longer accept their rudeness and lack of care. The Dr’s themselves are amazing however; when you have to deal with their staff even great Dr’s can’t save them. I’ve had appointments scheduled and not “in their system”. I’ve been billed incorrectly multiple times and when addressed they blame the company they use. Forcing you as a customer to fix the issue with a third party. It’s clear they no longer care about patients and just see you as a payment.

I had a cold that I couldn’t shake so decided to go see a doctor. I was told over the phone and in person that my insurance was accepted here. Doctor did some tests, then proceeded to offer “additional services” (flu shot, chest x-ray, etc) because I work for the county and have great insurance, so this won’t cost me anything. Well, turns out they were not in my insurance network, and I received a large bill that I was not ready for. I asked them if they could at least meet me half way and remove the “additional services” from my bill. They would not. Be careful with this place, they are in it for the money at their patients expense!

In uncertain times I felt safe going into the office. Of course, I love Dr. Ross. He is always in a good mood and you can tell he genuinely cares. The staff are all friendly and professional.
