We love Michael's art. We have seen his work in Boston, Aspen, and Naples and have 2 pieces of his work from his studio in Naples.

As Michael swipes his brush across the canvas, he shares movement, dimension and a play with light only some masters show. He has generated images which spark a feeling inside the beholders eyes. It transports the viewer to a place they have visited either in the flesh or a mere daydream. His intertwined strokes seem to summon a depth far more than a one dimensional canvas can hold. His matriculation of each color intensifies as they seem to cross and meld into another. To say I like his paintings is to call the Mona Lisa a picture of a French chick, it’s so much more than that. They in my humble opinion are works of awesomeness. Masters which I would display in my home any day.

My husband and I visited many art studios in Naples looking for the perfect piece of art for a large wall in our family room. One day we saw an artist painting outside of his studio and decided to check out his work. We met Michael Monroe in his studio and found an amazing abstract sea scape which we immediately fell in love with. Michael is a very talented artist and musician and we so enjoyed meeting him and are thrilled to own one of his paintings.

Over the years we’ve observed Michael’s art evolve and come alive with a spirit that only he can achieve. Dr. L’Heureux and I are excited to be purchasing a third painting of Michael’s that will be admired for many years.
