He and his staff are exactly the definition of professionalism, efficiency and most important (in a dental office) caring and concerned during the visit. Heather and Kathy, as receptionists, go out if their way to make you feel comfortable and are very responsive to scheduling needs. My hygienist, Gretchen, is so thorough and yet very careful to cause as little discomfort as possible. Kudos to all!
