My husband and I have been seeing Dr Havig for about 7 years. He’s very thorough and caring. Dr Havig takes as much time as you need and focuses on your issues. His staff and medical associates are also top notch. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I just had my 2nd visit with Dr. Havig and am very grateful for his care and knowledge. Instead of rushing me into surgery he has a plan moving forward. I am very confident that even if I have to have knee replacement surgery in the future he is doing everything he can to find good alternatives.

His PA, assistant and office staff are very helpful. I was out of town when my knee started acting up and they got me in after I returned. Thank you all!

I saw comments about how long people have to wait. My husband ran errands and came in later and waited too however as I have worked for doctors in the past I know this is not a slight to patients. He listens to his patients, reviews the X-rays and reports and of course sometimes they have emergencies. I came very early as my husband was running to other places. I had no expectations of getting in early and was later than my appointment. I was not upset. His care is worth waiting for. His staff was communicative. The waiting room shows how respected the practice is.

What I respect about Dr. Michael Havig is his willingness to help his patients regain their health through a variety of modalities, with surgery as a last resort. He’s a compassionate and thorough professional. I certainly would recommend him to anyone with joint pain and/or dysfunction.

Dr. Havig always spends plenty of time with me to make sure I’m doing well. He is not only a talented orthopedic surgeon, but also a very caring and kind doctor. As I reach my 6 month post-op I am feeling very strong and confident that I will be back to playing competitive soccer in no time. Thank you so much for helping me return back to the sport I love.
