Great place. After the pandemic it feels as if they have less things on stock but i can still buy them online that's good

Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Can always find what I am looking for and most of the time they have great deals on another of there inventory.

My daughter and i can spend the whole day in this store. They always have bargains and you can find pretty much anything you need for crafts.

Me and my wife were looking for some time for a place to frame this painting that I got.
Unfortunately we are not the best ones when it comes to choosing a model, size etc and did not know where to even start. Come this place and Mr. Jesus which came to the rescue.
He assisted us promptly after helping another couple that was there before us taking the time to explain which frames would possibly look better, which combinations could work etc.
We ended up with this white and silver (as many things on the house share those tones) and could not be happier with the final results.
Big thank you to Mr. Jesus and his professionalism and helping us choose the correct and best option for us.

This Michael's is so big and has a large selection of items! I usually shop at Hobby Lobby but since Hobby Lobby does not sell halloween items I like to see what Michael's has to offer.

Staff are helpful and there's a great variety.you'll definitely find what you need for any project.i really love it

We got scrapbook papers in the $5 section, they were on sale. But when we paid they charged us 5 for one of them and 19 for the other one. I honestly had gotten them both because they were in such good price. I cannot afford to buy two if the actual price is 19, too much for my pocket. Specially in this time of recession in the whole country. The older specialist went to check the prices and came up to us as if we had like to her. I have no need to lie, I’m a decent person and like to pay for my things. At the end she didn’t help at all. If she had know good customer service, given that it was their mistake, she should have given it to us for the 5 dollars worth. Be like, hey these ones are 19 but you know what, since it was our fault, here’s the discount. We have lost all human empathy at this point. It’s better to never expect the good in people to avoid disappointment.

Almost always have what is necessary for your next project; decorating for a church’s seasons of celebration; go to this store, they are alway ahead of the time curve, so you have time to prepare!
