I think the store is closing, looks very empty. The staff are friendly at check out and lately there have been super deals. Immediately to the left is scrap book and stickers. Plastic container are towards the middle. They do not offer fabric which is a major let down.

Easy to find in the plaza, execellent customer service with greeting and helping you find what you need. The paper and touch added a beautiful touch to my marketing advertisement. Finally, great prices and sales! My first time visiting

Leslie was very helpful and professional. She went above & beyond to help me choose a basket and even help me put a gift basket together.

I had an amazing experience, thanks to Melinda in Framing, at this store. She and her team are to be complimented. She was friendly, knowledgeable and went over and above with regards to a puzzle I brought in to be framed. I highly recommend them for framing!

Store is clean with a large variety of items. I really like their rewards program and their weekly coupons. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The framing lady was argumentative and rude to me. So I took my business to Amazon and paid 1/3 the price for a frame I am very happy with.

Other than that experience the store is nice and I would go there for anything BUT framing.

Had everything I needed maybe they should clean around a bit more though berry you hy feely environment maybe some kind of mist or dry spray disinfectant solutions other than that great place

The staff were really helpful, particularly Melinda whose guidance made me happy in purchasing multiple frames for all my pictures.

One of the dirtiest stores I’ve ever been in. I think the local goodwills are cleaner and better organized. Rude and unhelpful employees and manager. Stay away

I love this craft store. I just wish they had the gem dazzling paintings that I've been looking for.but I have looked everywhere with no luck.

The staff here is always willing to help customers, no matter the issue. Their cashiers are quick and efficient and lovely to speak to

The workers here are super rude.you ask them a question and they respond with an attitude.i wouldn’t recommend this location.

Don't go there at closing all they want is to leave I had been looking for a certain artist set and went to michaels in altamonte springs and they were out of them and sent me to ocoee. The guy I finally found to help me looked at my picture and told me a isle number I couldn't find the art in my picture so I went and found him again and all he wanted to do was go close the doors! Never looked up the item told me to stay in the area and he would be back! He never came back! Hubby came out of the bathroom and went to look for Daniel and he was on a register and not planning on coming back to me!

Went in looking for certain magnets. They didn't carry them. Looks like the store has emptied a lot of merchandise and have yet to replace them.

You guys need more employees and better customer service skills. Mickey is by far the rudest employee there. I know we're going through a pandemic; but, you could at least do job smh
