Michaels, Pinellas Park FL

It was quick, which I love. I found my item that I needed and in locating my item I ran into other things that were needed. So it was a fun, quick, and interesting trip.

The store was half empty! I get there is a supply chain problem but this could be managed a little better. At first I thought they were going out of business.

I always find more than I was looking for. They didn't have one item last time I was there and they need to step up their couponing. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

Associate was very held up from the greeting @ the door. Assisted me tobthe item in came for & made sure it was the correct item & price. Thanks

Always got good deals in Michaels I get most of my art supplies from there I always have what I need

This is a great store loaded with hobby items. If you have an ounce of artistic in your blood, you will find something. I would give 5 stars, but the staff I've encountered have been really ruff around the edges.

Unique experience, found a lot of things I never knew I needed. Amazing place if you have some spare time to find a hobby.

Went in found what I was looking for, store was clean, well stocked up, didn't see any employees out on floor except at register.

Great selection of yarn, especially what's on sale/clearance. I just learned how to hand crochet & made my daughter a blanket. The yarn Michael's had that I chose feels amazing.

Unorganized, barely anyone to help you, ordered online early in the day, order not fulfilled…ended up going in person to find what I wanted, in horrible condition and had to tape it up myself and cancel the online order.

It's a nice store but very very expensive. They wanted $9.99 for an item I needed. I found it for $3.97 at another store.

I don't know how this shop can claim to have fabrics. They only have a few choices of ribbons. Nothing more for " fabric"

Nice and clean but employees were scarce. We were looking for white carbon paper and never found it because we couldn't find anyone for assistance. But everything else was right there if you know where to look.

The sales were at 70% off on all summer anything. I bought 2 oil paintings for no joke $5. Total. Michaels is not just for "old" ladies that sew, as I thought, they've any and everything from art supplies, pictures for walls, shelving, journals, calendars, 2yr pocket calendar for school, all school supplies and water guns. Yes I said water guns because I bought my teenage daughter 2 for her and her bestie to squirt each other and cool down, it's extremely hot here in FL.

Best craft store I’ve been to! You can find from glue to having your favorite portraits professional framed. Latest goodies too!

I went in to buy shadow boxes that were advertised online for 14.99. They were double the cost in the store, manager refused to give me the online price even though there is in store pick up! She said you can order on line and pick up tomorrow! They just lost a loyal 20 year customer. Congrats on losing 1000 dollars worth of business a year from me. To save 15 bucks when it’s being offered anyways, great business model and customer service!
