Store was surprisingly bare. This could be due to a reset for fall, but I was pretty disappointed at the selection and went home empty handed.

Love michaels normally but in the last few months there inventory sucks. They never have the stuff I need and I usually have to drive to hobby lobby in ft myers

Absolutely wonderful art supplies staff and services are always super helpful they go out of their way and from around the counter and cash register to make sure all of your needs are met super wonderful shopping experience at Michael's absolutely love it

My first time in Michaels and they have a wide variety of stuff and can create, make, and design almost anything with the arts and crafts there. Some of the stuff is sort of cheap in my opinion.

They always have what I need for my craft needs. The prices can be higher then other places. Definitely have to watch the coupon small print.

One of the few Craft stores available in Lee County. They didn't have what I was looking for, but other than that, Michael's is a good store for carts & crafts supplies.

They had what I needed, which was a clock mechanism! I was greeted at the door, and she took me to exactly where the item was! Easy peasy!

This is the devil! LOL LOL this place is my favorite place in the world I swear I could get lost in here for hours buying stuff I don't even need! I love the prices the random sales everyone knows what they're talking about! Everybody's kind friendly. The place is always clean. We love the place we don't even shop anywhere else. They have all the things we need for our small business!

I like the store well enough amd the staff are great.the only complaint I have is that it's a bit cluttered and hard to find things.

Not everything is on the aisle signs, and it was hard to find someone who was not behind a register that could help. I ended up finding everything myself, but I was in there for almost an hour walking around.

Has lots of cool stuff. My son's 5 and he lights up with so many ideas when he goes through the store. Will deffently be back

Craft paints are almost non existent. 4 weeks ago they told me they were expecting a shipment later that day. Spoke with salesperson today, they're still waiting for the shipment. Lots of nice other stuff.

I'm giving it a 5 but I've never been inside. The wife and daughter love it though so I've enjoyed the parking lot a few times.

Nice place, well-staffed. Some things are well priced, others are not. Definitely look around for things you wouldn't expect!

The staff here is amazing. They knew exactly where everything I was looking for was! The place was very clean and organized.

At least the curbside order was right this time, unlike the last time I tried it. But they never came out and after 15 minutes of waiting in the car, I had to just go inside and retrieve the order myself. I'd have understood if they were swamped, but they weren't busy at all. I am think I'll just order my art supplies on Amazon from now on.

My visit was Mid-December. Too late in the season because their shelves were empty. Also, I'm use to other Michael's having a larger selection of artifical flowers. I didn't see enough floor space to retail that.
