I went there looking for a miniature chef's hat but found so much more stuff no chefs had but I didn't leave empty-handed

I walked in or not knowing anything about Kraft and they were more than willing to take their time and handpick stuff that I needed. I'd highly recommend definitely go back there for anybody who needs help or is looking to get into crafting. I can't to thank the associates enough for being there for me.

Felicia in the framing department is the best I have found. I would trust her with any artwork I own. She is very knowledgeable and meticulous with every piece she completes, nothing leaves until it’s perfect.

Pretty big store. Staff are friendly but seem stressed. They did not have what I was looking for. A simple guestbook.
Prices are crazy vs elsewhere.

Love this store, something for everything for all the different crafts I do. Memory books, tie dye shirts, painting all my wood projects, beach supplies for my bathroom, etc. Also get coupons for being a member, can't beat that.

Sometimes you have to buy it at Michael's but be prepaired to search for it & pay an inflated price then wait a long time in the check out line!

I visited this store for the very first time and was wowed by the service and treatment, especially thanks to Jess. She was very kind, customer service-oriented, and able to have my custom order placed while keeping the highest standards of customer care. Thank you Jess for your service. I’ll be coming back to this store for sure.

Debra was very helpful with setting up my membership and her personality was quite bright. Glad to meet such a happy face when you first walk in the door.

Very few aervice staff. Store was cluttered. Check out was difficult with one checker. Saw two other staff but they would not check us out.

Clean store, although i have had issues with frame prices being labeled incorrectly multiple times. I would like to shout out to DEBRA for making my checkout process quick and making sure i get my rewards! Thanks!

Wonderful people very helpful especially Cheryl and Genie in the custom frames department they helped me make a custom mat for gift I'm giving for a birthday present. I think it turned out wonderful with their help

The prices did not ring up as shown with 40% off and when I told cashier he told me it was buy one get 50% off. He disagreed and wouldn't check when I told him it was from the display close to where he was and there is lot's of them.
I was in a rush so paid that for some and didn't buy the others. Also found I'd been over charged for something else once home.
The restrooms were filthy and my 4 year old daughter had to go & even she was concerned about them and didn't want to use them

I love purchasing my art supplies at Michael's. If you get the app, it gives you coupons and if you sign up for their rewards, you get to use them right back at Michael's. Overall, it's wonderful.
