7Went in about 30 mins before close. Employees were nice, greeted me and others. Only bought 1 item, checkout was quick.
Nice store, have yet to stand in line like some others I have been in. Store is clean and the cashier's are pleasant
Called the store and spoke with Wendy from the picture frames department, she was super nice and hold the picture frames I need it for me, when I told her I will be there in 1 hour. Got to the store and she help me with my pictures and the picture frames, excellent customer service
Selection of yarn, crafting supplies quite limited in regards to what I've been accustomed to in Michael's establishments elsewhere. Found all that was needed at competitor.
The store no longer can order inventory and never knows when things are coming in. Computer reordering doesn't always work. Employees are great and helpful.
Has to be the smallest Michael's I've been too. I'll stick to the Lakeland one
