Always great service and friendly staff.
Got what I was looking for with the help of a very courteous staff member.

I'm not always pleased with my visits here. I do a lot of model building and paintings. They very rarely seem to have what I need. The service is far and few and in between. If you know what I mean.

Horrible store manager! She has a bad attitude and does not listen to concerns. She rushed off the phone and was rude!

I use their custom framing option quite often. There is a guy in the framing department named Bill that is the absolute best frame consultant that I have ever met.

I was at my college up in Tarpon Springs when I placed an order for colored pencils and a sharpener for class. I drove to the Michaels closer to my campus to pick up my supplies between classes. I sat in the pick up parking spot for a bit before getting a call from this location. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude towards me once I told her it was on accident and that I have never driven down to that location before. She scoffed and gave me such an attitude on the phone like it was such an inconvenience to her. Not once have I ordered pickup from her location nor even stepped foot inside that store. She needs to work on her customer service.

Great store for crafting supplies.i just started knitting so it was fun coming in to the store and loading up on all my new found hobby needs! !

My daughter Aimee and I spent over an hour drooling over the Cricut supplies! We were able to get everything on her list and a few extra things "we had to have". The cashier Anna was so pleasant and helpful.
We will definitely go back again soon.

Every time I go to Michael’s Judy at the register makes my day 1000% better. She radiates positive vibes and makes me want to smile!

The staff at this location are always lovely. My partner does a lot of crafts and we will often come to check out seasonal items, deals, and refill our stocks of supplies.

We usually end up going in the evening, and it's always a very quiet and laid back vibe. Perfect for thinking about craft ideas!

Michael's did not have what I wanted. However I was able to substitute using something else for my project.

Better prices than I expected and friendly people. Amazing what you can find there for your projects.

I love this place and the whole staff is so extremely helpful I could get lost for hours just walking up and down the aisles with my special needs son he has a blast looking at everything and the staff takes the time out to explain any questions that he has which is really super sweet. To top it off, today when I walked in like almost the whole entire store was 80% off okay well Christmas that's still like half the store and then I added My rewards got a bag filled with crafts for the kiddos for next to nothing. My day is now made!
