Michaels Custom Framing reviews
7The frame ream is very creative and enjoyable. They are behind with orders but great staff
I went Michael's to buy crafts that I buy every year. 2 attendants where in the store at 9.30 a.m I need it help finding what I need it. The one lady at the registered was very rude not helpful at all she has no customer service attitude she said to me that she didn't care what I was looking for when I ask her that the item I was looking for was always by the registered. I don't know how people like her get hired.no one was there to help me I walked around the whole store could not find any help. You need to hire people that is there to help you and assist. I will never shop at Michael's on university parkway nor do I will ever recommend your store.
Didn't actually shop in the frame shop but it's always got great deals!
I'm surprised that the ratings of 3.9 are this high, also; it's understandable that supplies are slower than usual to get.this store hasn't had a decent supply of paint supplies, mediums or brushes for over a year. Get it together. Also, please educate your staff on the products you sell. Horrible
Love spending time in all interesting departments. Extensive variety throughout the entire store. Great place for a hobbyist to spend hours enjoying each of their chosen pastimes.
This Michael's store seemed smaller than others I've been to.
The associates weren't as friendly as I'm used to.
Attempted 3 times to purchase at your store. 3x only one cashier available. I drive to your store to support you versus Amazon and then I am asked to do self check out. You pay somebody an hourly wage for something you expect me to do for free and with no discount. I guess I will be buying my craft supplies at Amazon as will many others who go out of their way for a personal experience to support locally and we get the shaft.
