8Poor management I was hired on to work for them I worked one day and management fired me and some more people without an explanation
Seems good when you start working there but when it comes down to actual issues they fall into nepotistic behavior, Disregarding proof for word of mouth.
Appointment 9am give me door 12 pm
Security is slow 30 minutes check in at security
No overnight parking

Expect tight spaces for a trucker. Most spots are virtually impossible to get into. But the yard dogs and staff are friendly and will help ya out if you ask nicely.
The blond girl at the gate accused me of being “rude” when all I said to her was (3) sentences total, waiting patiently for 10 minutes while she “checked me in” with my MT for a pool drop. Finally the guy checked me in, and as she was attending to the numerous cars coming in and out (lunch break) I said to her “He checked me in” as I walked straight for my truck. She tried to converse, but I kept walking, saying nothing, being late already for my next load. For this, she reported me to my company!
Wow! Half of the employees are on drugs, the Coaches tamper with your production, they hire anybody off the street, very rude and jealous employees, horrible and terrible equipment, no cameras in warehouse so you could steal anything or get attacked, half of the employees are bi-polar, they start of new employees more than people that have been there years, no legal breaks, broken microwaves, spiders in receiving that bite employees and they don’t care. I would never recommend anyone to work at Michael’s. Just horrible. The entire D. C.is managed ass backwards. And these are photos of the racks product are rolled on. The boxes actually roll off and hit you on the head! Very dangerous and unsafe place to work at.
