Michael took the time and personally showed me showed me many rugs until we found the right style and colors. We were able to find the colors and design I liked and he had a custom rug made for us. First class service and a wealth of knowledge about rugs. The Best in Town!

Michael and his team were extremely professional and helpful in our search for an area rug to complete our new wood flooring.
After we picked out three or four possibilities they brought them to the house and laid them out for us so we could see them in place. They even let us keep our top pick over the weekend to be sure it was the one. Michael answered all our questions about caring for the new rug and we are extremely happy with our experience.

He asked if I wanted to pick up the pad at the Rug Studio or if have it delivered and put down! Wow! Talk about customer service! Since I had to run to a nearby Lowe's anyway, I picked it up.
