Michelangelo Pizzeria Cucina, Lakewood Ranch FL

Walked in after a long day of Faire and was pleasantly surprised by the yumminess of the pizza. We ordered take out and didn’t have to wait too long. Very clean inside and busy staff. My only suggestion would be to move the waiting area for seating to go customers. While we were waiting, several people came in to pick up their pizzas and had to walk between us and a table and that was the only awkward thing. The pizza was delicious even after driving home 30 minutes.

Michaelangelo's Pizzeria is a GREAT place to get some authentic pizza! The staff (Salvina, Brooke, Sam, Kyle, Tristan, Nicole, Patti and now Justin) are so very kind and professional. They make sure to take care of everything you need. Great food and even better people! We are weekly regulars. Brad and Donna.aka Javier.

I never, ever leave reviews so believe me when I say this place is special. I'll keep it short.

The northern margherita is without a doubt the best pizza I've ever had. The sauce was stellar, very fresh and the sesame crust was the perfect touch, fresh and flavorful. Cheese was excellent as well. I'd echo what another commenter said and recommend you get something with simple toppings to really let the crust and sauce shine through. Could not have been better.

Very unprofessional. Refused to serve us. I understand that our group was large and didn’t even have the space to serve us. However instead of respectfully telling us that they didn’t have the room. They decided to call the police on us. A soccer team full of children! If you want Karen type of service this is the place for you. Otherwise don’t come here. Server was very rude to children.

This was a decent enough pizza place. Nothing extraordinary. We ordered a pizza, Caesar salad, meatballs, cheesecake, and garlic knots. I’m not sure I would go again considering the price.

We have been on the lookout for a good pizza place since we moved here a little over a year ago. This place hits the mark. Decent price for a really good pizza. Not only can you order a whole pizza, but you can also go in and just get a slice from a pretty large selection in their case. That's super rare around here. Highly recommend!

Just ordered from here for the first time using door dash. I ordered a build your own pizza and it was off the charts amazing! The crust was probably one of the best in Bradenton, it was not the hottest but I do live a little further away so I did expect it. There were a ton of toppings and a good amount of cheese. I look forward to trying the food in person so it will be fresh out of the oven

We just ordered a large pizza with meatball and sausage. It was tasteless with barely any sauce or cheese on it. We paid a ridiculous amount for it. We are regular customers but I’m starting to think we should go somewhere else. If we weren’t so hungry we would have brought it back!

Great pizza! Michelangelo’s on 301 is terrible but this one is good. Cannolis weren’t the best but pizza is on point! Go here for a good authentic slice!

Sicilian pie is good and the Grandma is the best around. This is the go to pizza place in the area

In the area for a short amount of time, and wanted to grab a slice. There isn't much around Parrish that I saw, so i dropped by Michelangelo's. Amazing pizza - I went for the classic red slice. Kuddos to the girl hustling with the pizza orders, extremely impressive and one woman show.

Ordered pizza twice this past week. We were lte li king up today so they made fresh ones for us when we picked up without asking!

If ur complaining about the pizza, u must be buying the wrong one. Try the Northern with Sesame, the white Pizza/eggplant (sauté) with ricotta, or meat pizza (a partner favorite). Try simple toppings very flavorful sauce, etc. It’s great, bring ur own wine, BEST BUY In TOWN.

If not the best pizza in the neighborhood definitely top 3. The meals are great - the staff is always friendly.

Best pizza outside of NY City I've had since moving to Florida. I highly recommend their regular Sicilian. MMMM MMMM Good!

Very disappointed. They don't know how to make a proper ch. Steak. Even after I explained exactly what I wanted. Defunded money, but no compensation for my inconvenience of driving back and forth

Phenomenal service and amazing pizza. Uber Eats got my order wrong, called the store and Michelangelis automatically made a fresh pizza AND delivered it! Ordering tip: order directly from Michelangelis! They are amazing and pizza never disappoints.

Visited last night for dinner. We were not really happy with the service received, the restaurant lack maturity and order. We ordered large fries for an appetizer, three had pizza slices and one had Italian hero, and a large Caesar salad to share. Waitress wasn't listening and was distracted when drinks were ordered and we didn’t receive what we ordered. The three slices of pizza came out first, about five minutes later the Caesar salad came out, at this point drinks were corrected and incorrect drinks were left on the table. Hero came out about five minutes after salad. We inquired about the fries we ordered as an appetizer and was told they were cooking, finally received the fries about fifteen minutes into the meal. The correct way to serve is drinks, appetizer and meal to follow. I feel there is a lack of training and supervision that needs to be address, the food was good but delivered out of order, restaurant wasn’t busy so there wasn’t an excuse for the service received.
