I selected Michelle Hill as my agent to sell my home. I quickly got an offer, and the buyer wanted a quick closing. Michelle was also helping me find a home to purchase, who also could do a quick closing. This set off a month of activity showing me homes, making an offer on one, and then she handled all the various inspections of both properties and both closings. I closed on my home one day, and closed on my new home on the next day. Everything went smoothly. Michelle handled it all for me. I would whole-heartedly recommend Michelle for all your real estate services!

Where do I begin… my family & I were first time buyers and knew we wanted to build a home because of the bidding wars that were going on. We came across Michelle on Instagram after we decided we needed to switch realtors because our current realtor at that time was pushing us into existing homes and not listening to our needs. We called Michelle and it was instant positive energy with her from the start! She is such a personable individual! Michelle was truly knowledgeable and guided us during the entire process and never did we feel we were alone. She payed attention to details at the model home and asked the sales rep questions that my husband and I forgot or never thought to ask. She stopped by our build throughout the process, checking on it and sending us pictures. Our build took over a year and she never made us feel like we were just a number to her or wasting her time. During our walkthrough, she was our extra set of eyes and both my husband and I wear glasses, hahaha. We had a hiccup just days before closing and Michelle made calls and had a back up plan just in case we needed another title company. I mean, she was on top of everything from our wonderful lender to the awful builder’s title company that we had to use. We not only found a wonderful realtor, we found a new friend. We are so blessed to have connected with her! She is a rare gem in this industry and those of you who are fortunate to connect with her will understand every bit of this review. We moved from Wisconsin and were staying in an Airbnb with our toddler, dog and two cats while we waited to find a home. In the process, my husband ended up deploying- leaving me to find a home on my own and with all the stress of living in an Airbnb.

Michelle was with me every step of the way, and made this seemingly impossible task feel fun. We saw countless homes together, and she did her homework on every single one. She was always very quick to respond to my questions, and she even made me feel comfortable enough to ask them! She truly is a no-judgement agent, no question needs to be left in answered. She is so knowledgeable in her expertise, and if she for some reason didn't know an answer she would find out.

We ended up finding the perfect place to call home, and she had an accepted offer within 1 hour of submitting. Due to no fault of her own, there were lots of hiccups in the next few weeks as we waited to close. With my husband deployed, this was an extremely stressful time for us and Michelle truly shined. I do not think we would have made it to closing day without her. The seller's agent wasn't the greatest to work with, so Michelle definitely had her work cut out for her. She handled everything SO professionally and timely.

Michelle was extremely timely during the entire process and was always early to showings and inspections. She is possibly the most detail oriented person I've met to date, something I really came to appreciate during this process.
