Called and left a message multiple time. I never got a call back. Poor customer service, if they can't call you back then how can they do a web site for you?
UPDATE: After reading your response, I am glad you do not answer your phone or return calls. You seem paranoid and aggressive and that is not who I want working on my web site. I do not get paid to write reviews! Why would you think that? Because you can't accept accountability for your lack of customer service? You seem self centered and self entilted. Just return calls when potential clients call you. Isn't that why you have a web site? To generate business?
