I’ve had mixed experiences with the office staff but Dr. Schroeder and his team have been amazing

I was actually very surprised at how negligent and unprofessional this front office team is. From day 1, not one girl knew what she was doing or what to ask for. They don't know their own schedule! Doctor says one thing, but girls up front say another. It seems like their is lousy communication and a great deal of disorganization. Let's hope and pray that the doctor at least knows what he's doing.

Thank you Dr Schroeder, Kristin, Amy and the nice young lady who is the receptionist, Dr Schroeder is caring and professional, I knew he was the surgeon I was suppose to use from the very start, funny how things just seem to fall in place and both his assistants have my daughter's name

They aren't even my doctor's. I was in South lake hospital and they just happened to come in to visit on rounds. Doctor Boardman was the most cold uncarring rude individual I have ever met. He should not be in medical practice. Don't know what made him think he coild send me home on hospice sonce he's not my physician. Told me my stage 4 cancer was a disease that was going to take my life. And this was the day before Thanksgiving. Told me he could send me home and put me on hospice. Dont know where he got the idea he could do that since he is not my doctor. And that I have a disease and it's going to kill me. Thank you Captain Obvious. What a tool. I called my family and cried when he left my room.

4 months ago in hospital post surgery. Wouldn't be here without your teams support. 10 mile hike, 2500 ft elevation change (180 stories), 25000 steps.

Watch out for this practice!
They have no regard for human life!
The office staff is rude and uncaring!
Even with a referral from THEIR surgeon who came to MY bedside at Southlake Hospital stating that if I do not get surgery I could DIE, the office girls told me they would not schedule me to see a surgeon!
TOTALLY CRAZY-WHO DOES THIS TO A SICK PATIENT.
I had gone Sepitc 6 times since my ORIGINAL surgery that was preformed by Dr Armotrading who is ONE OF MID FLORIDA’S Doctors.
I so hope the horrible receptionist’s in this practice are treated the same during their LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS!

They saved my life, What a awesome team you don’t get the feeling you don’t need to know anything. Dr. Florin is a awesome Dr that explains every detail of your surgery. And his PA Ben is great. They kept my family informed while I was in surgery. I own them everything

This is the most professional, highly educated and experienced group of surgeons one could ever come in to contact with. They are all very personable, humble and extremely caring. If you are in need of the services they provide, I strongly urge you to go with this group. They literally saved my life and also restored my quality of life as well.
