I had seen Mid Florida in our neighborhood I called Johnathan. He was very prompt in getting to my house. I had a couple other quotes and what Johnathan quoted me was alot less than my previous quotes. I went with Mid Florida and I am pleased with their service. Johnathan is a great person and knows his Profession very well.

They are absolutely wonderful. They did exactly what I wanted and cleaned up like they were not even here. And they did not overcharge me for anyting

I have used this tree service for several years. Shayne Knitz gave me a good quote to remove two trees. One tree was close to the house and fence. The crew was able to remove it without damaging anything. Clean up was complete and overall I was pleased with the service. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job for us. In fact, we’ve used them multiple times on different projects around our house. They took out part of the tree that was leaning over our house without any being affecting the house at all. Another time they came and took out a dead tree that was leaning completely over our screen Patio and we had no problems with the patio. These guys are great.

I reached out to Mid-Florida Tree Service, bc my property was in need of some tree trimming, etc. Jonathan Sweat met me on-site just a day or two after I called for an estimate. He listened to all of my needs/wants and then gave me some good recommendations to help me avoid some hassles down the road.

A few days later the Mid-Florida Tree Service team was on site to do the work. I assumed it would be a full day job, if not longer. But their team was super efficient and wrapped up the entire project in one morning.

I've had two experiences using the Mid-Florida Tree Service team and they were both excellent. They are now my go to tree service company and I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone!

I've used Mid-Florida Tree Service for several years. They are always professional, work safely and quickly and there is no debris left when they are done. Shayne followed up with me this week after the current work I had completed. They are concerned about the customers satisfaction.

Great experiences with Mid Florida on my property. I was able to watch them as they carefully removed sections of a tree that was overhanging my home. Their experience and size of their team made quick work of a very difficult job.

Did excellent job of removing trees without the boom truck, because of running into soft ground problems in the back yard and field area with the hauling trucks which did $400 worth of ground damage requiring fill dirt + additional labor to repair. Jonathan the sales rep & arborist came out promptly and said his company will repair the yard (labor included). Gives me peace of mind and speaks for the ethics of this company. This company has been around for a long time and that's because they definitely know what they are doing and take pride in the work they do. A job worth doing is a job worth doing rite. Only tree service I would recommend

Mid-Florida Tree Service removed multiple dead trees from a creek side next to my property. It was a challenging location, but this company has the proper equipment and crew to handle such a challenge, and did it amazingly fast!

These guys are amazing. If you have a challenging tree removal, be sure to at the very least call them for an estimate. Today, they removed a dead tree that was leaning over our house. A friendly, professional crew that did an outstanding job, including the clean up. Highly recommend.

Paid to have certain branches cut down and they cut other ones instead. Damaged pavers on my patio and left debris all over. Manager came back two months later to talk but offered nothing. Instead gave me a quote to cut the correct branch down again. I was very clear what needed to be cut. These guys were in and out in 10-15 minutes for two tiny branches $400 later. Paid the bill in good faith but should have fought it.

The manager that came by never made an effort to fix the problem. He did offer me a discount on future work but that doesn’t resolve the past issue. You wanted me to spend more money to fix your problem. That discounted price he gave me for additional work. Was actually the highest quote I received. Which tells me there was no discount and he lied.

Professional, knowledgeable, reasonable & timely. I had several limbs removed from 2 very old laurel oaks & a trim on my live oak that was touching my house. Oh, and I added on the removal of a bougainvillea that was out of control. I blinked & it was gone. Shayne was the arborist who came to look at my trees, answered all of my questions, and gave me a quote. Chris was the foreman that led the team the day of. The crew worked diligently & left everything picked up. Highly recommend!

The guys that came out today to take care of a tree over the neighbor's shed were awesome! It looked like they have a lot of fun at work while still being professional and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. To me it looked like a very tricky job, but Shane (I think that was his name) had things well in control the whole time. Thanks guys!

I have attempted to contact this company four times in two weeks with no call back. So, I can speak only to their lack of customer service.
