The customer service is A1 but I had 2 problems I got new tires and the installer damaged my rims and the 2nd I got an oil change and they rotate the tires but didn't calibrate the sensors to the correct tires. It's not a deal breaker but very frustrating

I stopped by with a brand new Borla Exhaust this morning after calling ahead. As someone who is new to car modding, the team were fantastic! Making me feel very welcome and not overwhelmed. Incredibly knowledgeable and fast too! If you need work done head to this place! They do pretty much everything.

I recently purchased a 1980 CJ5. Absolutely loved the jeep, but could not drive it without a headache due to the exhaust fumes. Ken’s team replaced and rerouted the dual exhaust and added two catalytic converters to help with emissions. I LOVE driving the car now. The exhaust fumes are minimal - driving with no doors and top! I felt that Ken knew exactly what he was talking about and quoted me a fair deal for the work. Thank you, Ken! Been driving it nonstop now Will use you guys again!

Midas on Northlake is awesome. They always have done great work on my Grand Marquis whenever I have needed to take it in for service. 5 stars and highly recommend.

Got my muffler replaced quickly and not expensive! In and out. Great bunch of hiys, very helpful. I've had oil changes take longer. Very happy!

Came in to get an oil change and treated like family. Offered free services and not the ones that come with oil change. The bottom Covering of my car and the cover of the radiator broke on the highway six months ago and can offer to fix it for free he told me just to go and order the parts on Amazon not only did he stop what he was doing and looked up the pieces on Amazon but he ended up forgetting some thing that he was doing and he continue to help me with my issues with my car on top of that offered to fix my car for free if I just bring it back when the parts come in you don’t see mechanics do that. Ken just got Midas a forever customer

Got off of work at 5pm and came straight to them. They were kind and efficient. Got me in and out and the price was awesome!

Absolutely love this place. These guys are super nice and detail oriented when it comes to making sure you see and understand what’s going on with your vehicle. Customer service is top notch, and they really care about helping the customer, didn’t try to over sell me on unnecessary things. Many services are already included or discounted when bringing in your vehicle for other things. Started going here after the place I previously went was trying to rip me off a couple times.

I made an appointment this morning to come in and get my muffler fixed, the rep took me in on time, showed me what was wrong and how he would fix it (love that). I was all patched up in no time at all! Excellent service! Would come again! Thank you Midas for getting my car back to Its quiet self!
