I actually don't know anything about the place I was just meeting my boyfriend there to sneak off and have a good time

I was having a septic put in for a new house. At the beginning they was amazing. Office staff was very nice. We got the tank installed. The guy did it in the rain, pouring down. He was very nice and courtesy. A month later it to me looked like it might have been rising up. (Since the house was not complete at the time we still have not used it) I called and the office got a bad attitude. I tried to explain that the tank might be completely normal I did not know and wanted someone to come check. She said a bunch of smart Comments and I agreed to call back later. A month later I called left messages. Sent emails and they will not return my calls at all. They refused to connect the tank to my house. The plumbers was not able to due to a contract with the builders.
All and all. The office lady is killing this company.

Horrrible they installed a hot water heater for me about 3 years ago told me it had a 5 year warranty it went out on me I called the company she was very rude to me and my wife and said it was a 1 year warranty so some one is not telling the truth I asked to speak to Bobby who is the one that put the hot water heater in she told me he was out of the office me wife had just spoke to her and she told her he was in his office sounds like they lie a lot and the one I spoke to was real short and Arrogant

The man who came to pump my septic today was absolutely amazing. He came out and got the job done. He went the extra mile and made sure everything was working properly. He would not even accept a tip.
Thank you guys SOOOO much. I couldn't be more appreciative of your outstanding service.

I called on a wednesday they immediately debited my account called me back said they had to overnight a part for truck no word after that they finally came on friday when I was at work never called me called my 14 year old granddaughter came to my house said they couldn't find septic tank granddaughter said the man got angry and left they charged me 50.00 dollar trip fee I called Davis plumbing I highly recommend Davis stay away from Middlebrooks

Beware! Always ask for them to certify your septic tank when they come to pump it out. This will help you avoid another charge if repairs need to be done in the near future. If they try to charge you more, do not let them. There are plenty of other companies that will do the pumping and certification at the same time for no additional fees.
We had our septic tank pumped for $375 and it was backing up again one month later. We knew that we would probably need repairs but found out that we would need a permit first. In order to get a permit, you have to have your tank certified which most companies do when they come out and pump your tank.
We called Middlebrooks to see about getting our certification to start the repair process and they told us that we would have to pay another pump fee of $375 for them to re-pump and certify it. When asked why they didn’t certify it the last time they came out, the lady abruptly replied, “Because you have to ask for it! ” I’m not really sure how we were supposed to know that. We ended up calling another company and they were so much more helpful and honest with us. The Middlebrooks office staff are very unpleasant and unprofessional and this comes from someone who never posts bad reviews. Please try to avoid this company at all costs. Thanks for your time.

Absolutely horrible would not call me back after 3-4 days for a job I was needing done so I gave up not recommended at all by me

These are the sweetest people, I have stopped in and talked with them several times and they always take time out to answer every question I have and provide GREAT service to our community. I also rented a mini-ex from them and it worked flawless.
GREAT Local company to work with and I would recommend doing business with them.
