Great place to bank with, staff always courteous, very helpful and fair!

Avoid visiting this bank when it's closed, as the ATM services will disappoint. Deposits are often met with transaction cancellations or your card getting eaten. It's best to wait until the bank is staffed with real people for a more reliable experience.

Horrible bank. Everyone there is a mess and completely lost as to what they need to do. Just don’t even bother.

Absolutely rude service on multiple occasions. Constantly putting our deposited checks on hold for a full 7 days even though theres enough already in the account to cover the check. Called today to question this and the woman spent 5 minutes making me prove it was my account with several forms of information only to again tell me theres nothing she can do. When I told her it was time to look around at other credit unions, she only became more belligerent, and absolutely did not care about losing our business. Maybe its time to “loose the attitude” and learn how to service your customers better

Linda Campbell is awesome. She took the time needed to assist me with my disability. Her help was above and beyond, and I truly appreciate that about her. Linda is definitely an asset to the company. I would recommend her to everyone. Thank you,

Lady was super rude. I was paying a loan. I wanted Change for $20 bill. I asked if she could give me 2$10 bills for my $20 bill. She said we can't do that. It's a bank? What do you mean you can't. She was annoyed to even answer the question. Then there was a another lady that works there walking around with her whole butt hanging out with a above knee skirt with a huge slit in the back. So unprofessional attire. I cringe walking into this place just to pay my loan bill.
