This is a wonderful credit union. I am always greeted by everyone there and by my name. Each representative can always help me. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. YAY, Midflorida!
I Love this bank. Every person I have come in contact from different branches have had excellent customer service. Sam Jordan and Heather McBride just to name a few.
So i walked in and i saw the battle bus so i was like noway fortnite be in dis place 5 stars for shure
No help with shared banking. Told me to fill out the slip without explanation. And turned me away after 30 min wait because I didn't put the amount in the right Collums on the slip. Broken English speaking teller made it hard to understand. A joke of a banking institution. I will do my best to find another place to carry my businesses transactions.
