7 I was going to open a personal and business account there. At first glance it looked like it was closed because they were doing some sort of construction. This is the branch at Waters in Tampa.
To open an account, they run your credit score and determine if I'm going to get an account there. I didn't quite make the 600 score needed and was offered a basic checking account. I didn't like the fact the representative was telling me if I did this and that to raise my credit score. I just felt uncomfortable and not welcome to potentially be a customer by running my score. No perks, no checks and a long list of fees. That quickly had me change my mind. The fees there listed was ridiculous. Looking elsewhere where I won't be treated as unfavorable. Worst bank that I encountered.

ATM is closed and you get stuck in the ATM cause there no other way out so your stuck in the teller line which is extremely slow. I was stuck in line for over 30 mins and all I wanted was the atm
Lately this bank must have had a problem or new management because they hold deposits run through debits and then put your deposit in. They are absolute crooks nobody will call me back and all they tell me is sir that's just how it is.
