Midtown Dental, Lakeland FL

They don’t listen to what you want to do at all only what’s more convenient and more of a money maker for them. Went in to get work done and had the one side of my mouth feeling worse then before. I’m moving and have paid for crowns and because I can’t get an appointment with them in time they won’t even ship the crowns or give them to me? Like I said they’re paid for and they’re just going to throw them away. They just want you money go some where else for better work, customer service, and value.

Dr. T provided such care and world class service! She was very transparent but also empathetic to my situation and provided A thorough solution to help me reach my dental goals! Her and her team made me feel extremely comfortable during my extractions and I’ve never felt so calm and well taken care of as I did here! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, reliable dentist, well there is excellence and care!

The office staff was incredibly helpful in making sure my issues with insurance claims was resolved. Dr. Klein was very nice & made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I could see she has very kind eyes under all that PPE, face shields, protective eyewear etc, which helped ease anxiety. Thank you to everyone in the office!

Dr. Nerestant was awesome. Drew was in severe pain with an abscess. He left there feeling relieved that the issues were resolved and on his way to recovery.

Very professional dental office. Went to a different office on Saturday and had any awful experience. Everyone at Midtown, the receptionist, the assistants to the dentist and the dentist were great. Took time with me and got me the relief I needed. Thank you!

Good friendly dental office. They make you feel so very welcome there. I had my teeth cleaned by Kim, one pf the Hygienist, she was so kind and caring. She did a great job cleaning my teeth! I can't say enough how great she was, made me feel more at ease than other hygienist that I have been to through out the years. Will keep going back to her for all my cleanings.

My dental cleaning at Midtown Dental was great. Not many people like going to the dentist, but the dental hygienist made the experience pleasurable. I appreciate Kim and her work making sure nothing was uncomfortable for me and assuring a smooth cleaning.

This office is awesome. I was in a lot of pain and I needed help ASAP. I called this office and they scheduled me to come in the same day. I met with an amazing assistant and Dr. (Mrs. Latrice and Dr. Toussani). My experience here was wonderful. All of the staff were nice and very comforting. During my procedure (2 wisdom teeth extraction) I felt absolutely nothing. Best dentist experience yet. 5/5.

I just recently began going to Midtown Dental as my primary dental care provider. It was capped off with Kim cleaning my teeth. I thought Kim did a tremendous job and was very cordial during my visit.

The service here is really above and beyond most. They accommodate my crazy schedule and my dentist called to follow up after my last visit. They are super friendly and make the trip to the dentist as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist can be. Thanks for going the extra mile.
