This place is a public nuisance! Admittedly, I arrived with two minutes to spare before closing, the lady behind the glass was rude, argumentative, and not helpful. The experience was terrible. I literally felt like I was going to explode. She deliberately asked me for my card to pay only to tell me that it was after 4pm and she was closed! This place is wrong! And any attorneys out there should consider sifting through these reviews to see if there is a case against this public racket! I also take issue with the police officers who surrender someone else's vehicle to a company with a history of one star service! It's wrong! Btw, the lady behind the glass of course would not share her name to be held accountable. It's ok, she's the one who looks like an animal behind the looking glass! Just awful, cold and ugly behavior. ($187.66 per day!)

I do not leave reviews ever, but the receptionist is the worst, I caught a flat right in front of this location and I went inside to ask if one of the guys can help switch my flat to my spare and ask how much. The lady at the front never came off her personal device and was just chatting away about going to bayside and using a load of bad language. Not once outta the 10 minutes I was standing at the window did the lady ask what I need help with. She does not need a job!

Bad service, they never answered the and when they did they put you on hold forever, then when you go in person there was a person sitting in front a computer and when I said hello that person ignored me and the other 2 people that were waiting.
Then after I paid they were nice.
