***BEWARE***
Unfortunately this is a company I won’t recommend to anyone. They caused me a lot of stress and insecurity leading up to my wedding day. Please pay a little more if you want to work with professionals and have a stress-free wedding!

After my engagement shoot, I picked one of the pictures that I wanted displayed at my wedding. I reached out to Silvia to find out when it was being delivered/ what the status was. All she texted was “send to info”. I sent my questions and photo over to their info email, and nothing. Around the same time, I was also trying to schedule an in person appointment to go over my wedding day itinerary, but Silvia was unreachable. I called her phone, called her on WhatsApp, sent her multiple texts, and I emailed their “info” email, no reply whatsoever.

Literally the day BEFORE my wedding day, she calls me back to go over my itinerary. I was on my way to my wedding rehearsal and had to stop and discuss the details/ plan because I had no idea when I’d hear back from them so it was my only chance. (You can imagine how I felt, I even thought they were standing me up and I was looking for a backup).
She also proceeds to tell me I have to go pick up my acrylic picture all the way in Miami because they don’t deliver (or there was an additional charge), it blew my mind, and was extremely frustrating, as you can imagine. In my opinion, it was the least they could do after so many attempts in trying to reach them, especially being that they never expressed from the beginning that I would be responsible for picking it up. (Mine and my husbands families were also involved in trying to reach them too, and nobody could get a hold of them).

After the wedding we receive our wedding video, not in chronological order, and the background music didn’t flow with what the video was displaying. (They added techno music to the clips of our first, slow dance). When we asked them to change that, they said they’d have to charge us the price of a new video because the request wasn’t included in the plan. Once that was sorted, I selected my prints and photo album pictures. 3 weeks go by and I reach out to Silvia and info just requesting an update/status - nothing. A month goes by and I just found out Silvia was out of the country on vacation. No apology, nothing.

To have to deal with disappointment and frustration with this company for months AFTER my wedding, was intolerable. I cut all ties with them and filed a claim with my bank for a partial refund due to the horrible service and their failure to supply all that was included in our contract.

Once the bank claim was processed, Silvia reaches out saying I can still get my prints and photo album for full price if I chose to. No apology, no consideration for us (their “valued” customer), not willing to demonstrate a willingness to work with me whatsoever.
Very frustrating and unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone. It will be well worth your while to pay a little more for better photos and video and MUCH better service.

Miguel and his team are super professional people, they make you feel at home and in a pleasant atmosphere! Thank you always for being present at all the events! Recommended

I loved our photo session! Super cute and fun. My daughters loved it, and they were super comfortable during the session. Would recommend for sure!

Awful service! They book me a free session and on the booking date they canceled my appointment because Miguel Angel was unwell, I understand perfectly but call the same day of the session that is far away, if you are promoting something I understand and I know it's FREE but I paid $80 to do my hair so you have to be considerate of people, then they rescheduled my appointment for another day at 7 pm and on the same day of the session they called me to change the appointment for an earlier time because at that time The sunset was already set and the session was on the beach. When I called to reschedule my appointment because my session was free, they told me they didn't reschedule it, At least know people know when they are booking with you guys what are your expectations if your session is for Free

Unfortunately, my experience with Miguel Angel Productions has been the worst I have had in a long time. I had to cancel my daughter's 15th birthday party due to financial problems, which was already devastating for our family and especially for my daughter, who is suffering a lot from this situation.

I understand what a contract is, and that it should not be cancelled, which is why I approached them asking to modify their service from video to photography. Despite having shared all the details of our distressing financial situation, explaining that we lost our largest source of income in just one week, Miguel Angel Productions' lack of empathy was astonishing. Not only did they refuse to offer any compassionate solutions, but they also seemed completely indifferent to our distress, refusing to modify their contract from video to photo, so that I could still have a solution to the $500 deposit I had advanced to them. Losing $500 dollars under these circumstances is a true tragedy for my family of 5, and your lack of empathy only made things worse.

I would not at all recommend hiring the services of Miguel Angel Productions if you value understanding and support in difficult times. This experience has been disappointing and disheartening, and I hope others avoid going through what we have experienced with this company.

Delighted with your service! The photos are simply spectacular, and the video is totally beautiful! I asked them for some small modifications to the video and they were kind enough to comply with everything! I am really super grateful for the beautiful work. Also, the photographer and videographer were super friendly! Again Very grateful to Miguel and his team! Totally recommended!

PS: I was one of those who thought that it was not necessary to have a souvenir video (of our wedding) but wow! If you are one of those who is doubting it, I confess that I was in that place, and after receiving the beauty of the video that Miguel Angel Production gave me, I am super happy to have decided to have video and to do it with them!

Amazing photo and video session for my daughter. The best team I have ever hired. On time for the sessions. Followed through on everything he said he would do. Super creative and genuinely a nice person great to work with. Would highly recommend Miguel Angel and his amazing team to friends, family and even to my patients and clients.

This is the most unprofessional company i have ever seen in my life. They were always late to their appointments, never have a plan, they were not prepared for the photoshoot. We did some engagement photos with them and they used my family to hold their lights for them to take pictures and videos and they took us to a place where we couldn’t even take pictures, the police stopped us and made us stop our photoshoot. Worst company ever i would not recommend then to anyone

Just a big thank you for the work on my daughters engagement shoot. You guys made my daughter and her fiancé feel so comfortable and patient. They were smiling and really couldn’t stop talking about how nice Miguel and Silvia were. They listened to what they wanted, they used the Pinterest board to follow their vision and not only delivered within reasonable time they gifted us a complementary edited video of the engagement shoot. The video was beautiful and captured their story and their vision perfectly despite the drone camera crashing and falling in the water. Which made for a super interesting story. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality work with kindness and understanding. We are looking forward to the wedding next and can’t wait to see the result of those pictures and videos. Will come back after for review of the wedding.

They don't just do it for payment, they invest their time in making clients feel comfortable so that the results are optimal. One and a thousand times all my photos will be with them
