I truly feel comfortable when I am in the office, however, getting them on the phone is a nightmare. It has been over 4 months and no return call or answer. I really enjoyed the staff when I had the privilege to see Dr. Ihosvani. I really think the staff needs to answer the phone and return calls so that appointments can be set and questions can be answered.

The doctor is a professional of more than 5 stars. But the person who attends the call center is inhumane, he says that he does not speak Spanish but sometimes if he does speak he is a first-class rude person, they should consider hiring a person with more human qualities who knows that he is dealing with patients and not with clients this person subtracts a lot of points from the practice. I hope they see this comment and do something about it

The doctor was good, but I felt like he did not want to listen to me when I ask is there another way for me to convert my car over in a natural way I came to him and and he said he had patience at the time which I understood but he could’ve had a courtesy to call me back and to check on me as a patient of his but he did it. Instead, he told me the opposite of what I didn’t want to hear.

This office no one answers the phone u have to keep calling and calling. Receptionist is rude she canceled my appointment she said because my phone went to voice-mail and she never left a a message letting me know they called she just canceled my appointment that was scheduled for the next they this office is trash they have no text verification for confirming an appointment don't waste your time.

This is the worst medical experience I have ever encountered in my life. I have been trying to get my blood work results and make a follow up appointment for over 2 months without a response. They do not answer the phone or return messages. I am 53 years old and have been seeing an endocrinologist for many years and have never had a Dr not follow up with full panel blood test results. I can not get a refill on my tirosent prescription due to the lack of communication and integrity of this Dr and staff. I am completely shocked and disgusted by the lack of professionalism and integrity of this practice. I WANT MY TEST RESULTS TODAY! I am a reasonable person whom treats people with respect. I have never left any business or DR that I’ve ever dealt with a poor review, but enough is enough…. You are dealing with peoples heath, wasting their time and taking advantage of them. Shame on you.

I almost didn’t go to my appointment after reading the reviews of this doctor and his office staff. I’m so glad I decided to go! His office staff were friendly, accommodating, and completely pleasant and professional. Dr. Miguel Ihosvani was wonderful! He spent time explaining my condition and outlining a plan for treatment, and he answered all of my questions. I was very impressed by his knowledge and his kind bedside manner. I highly recommend him!

I called the office at 4: 35pm and was immediately put on hold. After listening to "On Hold" music for 10 minutes, I was hung up on. When I called back, I got the answering service (who were very appologetic). I guess the office staff likes to go home early, take 2 hour lunches and start their day an hour late. This office is in desperate need of adult supervision. Go elsewhere for your health care needs.

I have been with this doctor for the last two years. And despite reading some of the comments below, I on the other hand, really appreciate him. I have a rare disease and usually can’t find a doctor that understands, but this doctor is very knowledgeable. He also has a great disposition, always a smile and tells you things honestly but gently. He is also super chill, laid-back, someone you can really feel comfortable with.
