Miguel's Mexican Seafood & Grill reviews
31Not very good. Decided to have lunch here, guacamole was not fresh and very bland. The fajitas were pretty much microwaved and the enchiladas are pretty much soup. Don’t waste time or money.
75 minute wait to get in. Then 30 minutes before seeing our waiter who had an attitude and was rude. He was overworked, I get it. But no excuse for an attitude.
This place is NOT serving good food. Group of 8 left unsatisfied. Not authentic Mexican and not a lot of seafood selection. It’s cute on the inside but we wanted good food. The kids quesadilla was good out of all things.
The food was excellent And the staff very friendly. It was my first time their. It was my granddaughter's 5th birthday, and they made her something special with a candle in it!
We're never disappointed here. Fast and friendly service and a pretty traditional American Mexican restaurant menu. My favorites are the nachos and enchiladas.
Very fast and great food. Took my grandma to eat as we where a bit slow to order thwy remained patient, staff was super friendly.
Mexican food.so delicious. Nice place to meet and catch up with family. Service is typically above par. Makes me feel like I am back in Tucson.
Nope Nope Nope. Don't bother. This is NOT "Mexican " food and nothing was " grilled" I ordered the fajitas and expected it to come out on a sizzling hot plate with fresh tortillas and rice and beans. They came out in a bowl filled with grease and the vegetables must have slipped away from the grill because they looked blanched and limp and sad. The vegetables were mostly spinach, onions and bell peppers. Tiny bit of unseasoned corn. Zero green chili, poblano, Serrano or the like. Everything missing cilantro and well.taste. I'd like to add that I had to order the beans separately and it came with a tiny dry baked potato. The guacamole appetizer was basically crushed avocado. Don't bother. The tacos came out all wrong.filled with only the meat and topped with looked like cheese from the 7-11 dispenser. The beans tasted like they came out of the can. The homemade tortillas were spongy and resembled unbaked flattened biscuits. We were shocked into laughter. The atmosphere is also something to mention. White table clothes.jazz music.zero Mexican flair. Stark.odd decor for a Mexican place. Odd environment. Someone call Gordon Ramsey to help this place.
The food was VERY good. I had Seafood el Mario and it was fantastic. I enjoyed the ambience of the outside seating in the back of the restaurant with the fountain and the orchids. I didn't like that our server, Charlie, kept speaking and reaching over my drink and plate to another diner at my table. As a server, I would expect that he would know not to reach over my drink and plate while taking orders, taking menus, and serving the food. I did not finish my drink because he had been reaching and speaking over the drink. Had the server not been speaking and reaching over my drink and food, I would have given this restaurant 4 stars.
Mexican food and the scene here is above par. The service was very welcoming and observant. It has a nice feel to it.
Was disappointed in the Tacos and the beans tasted like canned refried beans. The salsa and chips were very very good. I won't be rushing back!
Staff was very accommodating as we moved our table multiple times due to the noise level, then the rain. Beautiful outside patio isn’t covered but the patio bar is covered. We loved the appetizers! Large enough portions to share. The margaritas were delicious
My favorite Mexican restaurant so far! Ate at the outdoor bar and was attentively served. Food was great, beer was cold and they have excellent tequila. I got the Miguel special and it did not disappoint. We got $32 dollar shots of tequila, so that was cool.
Went there for for the first time and absolutely loved it. The outside patio is a hidden treasure. Our server Moe was exceptional and took great care of us. I was surprised by how many vegetarian options they had! But keep in mind that the refried beans are not vegetarian. Overall, it was the best experience and we will definitely be coming back!
Everyone was inside yet we are in the outdoor walked patio which was so cool. More food than you know what to do with. Lots of parking.will go again.
Went for lunch, seated then waited.waited. Ordered Taco Salad.what a confused mess.did not finish. Had better at Taco Bell & a lot faster, Will not be back. Overrated.
The food was good, service was excellent and we will definitely be back. A little loud inside but out door seating is available.
The food is always top notch, the ambiance is great and the prices are comparable. This place makes me happy.
5 Stars across the board - a staple in the Tampa community, this place has proven it is the best Mexican restaurant in Tampa Bay. Try their margaritas or any of their dishes and you'll see exactly why they're the best!
Went there today for lunch and even though it was extremely busy, my food came quickly. The service was top notch!
