4They were helpful in my search but seemed vague when asking questions. I wanted an honest and straightforward experience when searching to buy my car.
After my last post they said they cared that I didn't have a good experience and that I should call their General Manager. I did and never received a call back, but they care, yea ok!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Erdman Nissan and could not have had a better experience. My salesperson, Jim Novak, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. If he was6sure of the answer to a question, he was sure to get it! He wasn't pushy and has offered continued assistance. I would highly recommend this dealership.
Should of listened to the reviews. The worst Nissan service dept in Florida. What a joke. I would rather drive 2 + hours to nissan of orange park, then ever step foot in mike erdman again
