Everyone here is friendly and they try and help you even if your credit is not that good. Great staff!

This place exists still? I hope management writes back to this post! I bought a car cash for 5000 a bit back and the transmission went completely out right after! This place is a joke. Now that I am older I won't trust places like this.

At least they are consistent. After a horrible buying experience last year I needed a piece of paperwork for my accountant. When I called in the person I spoke to have me on speaker phone. I could not understand them but he refused to pick up the phone, rudely told me I needed to keep the paperwork that they gave me when I bought the car, and told me I had to come to the dealership if I wanted them to look for it. If, at that time they could locate what I needed they would provide it to me. They're refused to email it. I called Nissan and had the document in 20 minutes. Please shop elsewhere.save yourself the aggravation that I just went through every time I dealt with them

WARNING! RUST CORROSION WARNING! RUST CORROSION WARNING! WARNING! RUST CORROSION

As you inspect the engine bay you can clearly see lots of rust corrosion damage, ALL hose clips are corroded, engine fuel line pipe corroded, drive-belt needs to be replaced like yesterday it looks nasty, coolant reservoir cap was missing when I saw this vehicle. The underneath of the vehicle has a lot of corrosion damage as well, specially around the rear suspension parts, the rust is really bad around rear break rotors and cover on both sides, that if you tap it with your hands rusted metal pieces will fall out, rear break pads are almost gone, front break pads maybe 6 months of use left in them, Front passenger side lower arm looks like it was replaced due to car accident involvement, it's literally the newest visible part underneath the vehicle. Carpet driver and passenger side front it's brown rust color, made me wonder if there is rust/water damaged underneath. Tow hitch cover is missing in the back, console armrest is starting to bubble up might need to be replaced soon.vehicle only has two set of keys not three.

Now for the customer treatment by one of the managers.
Lie#1 Sir, did you know if we worked with road-loans before coming here?
Me: Yes, I have an approved loan packet from them and they told me I could come and buy the car from your dealership.
Lie#2 Sir, road-loans didn't paid for four car loans and we had to take those cars back from the customers.
Lie#3 Sir, we can find you a better deal let us run your credit.
Lie#4 Sir, we got you three deals (one happens to be with road-loans the one they said didn't paid for 4 car loans, but now they still willing to put this one back in the deck, but with a shorter term, higher interest, higher payment?).
Lie#5 Sir, road-loans is not going to approved you for the term you asking. (wrong I didn't asked for the terms road-loans did it on the packet I got from them).
Lie#6 Sir, I got good news I got you a better deal, lower interest, lower time to pay off, but it's 536.00 a months compared to the 356.00 monthly payment from road-loans

I was really upset, and frustrated but decided to leave and hide my frustrations, plus I wanted to go spend time with my kids and this dealership made me drive one hour away from home for this type of treachery. Oh and before I forget ALWAYS ASK for a CASH PURCHASE SALE PAPERWORK SHEET with ALL ITEMIZED DEALER, AND REG, TAX FEES.this was something I forgot to get, and maybe it would have deterred me from going there at all in the first place.

BUYER BEWARE! I found a used car I wanted at this dealership. It took them quite a while to figure out what location the car was at. They seemed to have no idea, So, they located the car and I took a test drive. Nice car. There are two prices, the sticker price and the internet price for some reason, which are not even close to the same number. I did a ton of research on edmunds and kelly blue book and Erdman's price was rather high compared to those two sources. They included a fee (dealership fee) of $795 and another fee for some unwanted pinstripping ($275). Bottom line is that I made a counter offer & they decided not to counter my offer and showed me the door. Buyer beware! Their starting point on this car was very high compared to other dealers in the area.and then with the added dealership fees it became ridiculously high. They obviously dont want educated buyers coming thru their doors. BUYER BEWARE! Car also smelled of Cigarettes, totally unacceptable for that price
