New needles and seats for the XS400 carbs is just what the doctor ordered and Mikes XS had the parts and delivered them nice and fast. The bike is back on the road, thanks Mikes XS!

I’ve done business with Mike’s XS in the past and always been satisfied. This time I ordered the wrong part and didn’t realize it for a few hours. They were able to cancel my order and refund me with no problem. Great customer service; I will definitely continue to utilize Mike’s XS for parts orders.

Great service, I’d placed an order, then realized I’d forgotten to add an item, and placed a second order on the same day and Mikes realized this and refunded the second shipping charge and shipped it all together without me requesting it. Shipping was fast and accurate.

I guess if I had any criticisms about the on line shopping experience with Mikes XS it would be to improve the search engine for finding parts. Sometimes if I put in a specific part I’m interested in, the results come back very general and vague. I would suggest going to engine diagram with parts displayed how they assemble like what manufacturers use and distribute to their dealer network. Other than that, the system is pretty good for ordering and I receive my order fairly promptly.

Great. As usual buying from abroad us and as usualI only had just 2 or 3 days in the us to receive my order in the hotel.

I always call customer service Mike Sx/Dime City Cycles and explain my timing. Service is fantastic and always worked out just fine. I only would recomend Mikesx leave the telefone numer on thier webpage.

Got my parts really fast and price was very good. I would be nice if the customer could talk to a person on the phone. Really good would be a person who knows the products and the bikes.

Outstanding selection of parts for an XS650 I stumbled on to in Craigslist. Shipping was fast, combining two orders that I placed one evening and next morning. Titled as a 1979 XS650F. However it appears to actually be a 1980 XS650G or SG according to serial number and equipment. Only 7k on odometer. But appears to have spent most of its life sitting. Sometimes inside and sometimes outside. Engine and frame numbers match up. Will restore fairly close to stock but not to original factory. Will fit MikesXS black 3.9 gal.tank and a Texivana seat with Daytona handlebars. Heritage Special side covers. Engine has good compression and fired right up with kickstarter. Have always missed the 1950 Triumph I owned back in the late 50's. XS photos are from ad in Craigslist.

Inherited a Yamaha SX650. I've been working to get it up and running. Mike's XS is my only stop to get parts. My only MINOR complaint is it can take a day or two for an order to ship. Outside of that, I love Mike's and plan to use them more. I have four more Yamahas to build.

I ordered a rotor, stator, drive sprocket and an Izumi drive-chain. Everything worked perfect, except the chain was too short- MY FAULT entirely. I counted 106 links in the old chain, but forgot to order one a couple links longer to account for stretch. Hey Mike, do you have a return policy? It's no biggie, because I bought a 108-link chain locally. Just let me know, y'all.

If it were not for Mikes I would be trying to find parts on ebay. Most parts on ebay are not worth buying. My XS2 650 Yamaha runs perfect and looks like the day I purchased it new in 1972. I drive it often and always get attention.

Exactly what I wanted for fair price.shipping was alittle heavy but considering it made a trip kitty-corner across the continent and into Canada in a timely fashion, the rate was still rather acceptable.well done indeed!

What can you say! Mikes XS has everything to keep these old classic's running and looking good. Quality parts (I mean better than NOS) Hard to find parts, delivered fast and cheap, what more could you ask for?
