Visited twice. I applied here for a lease. The management is good and leasing process is smooth.
The community looked good. Due to my personal condition, i couldn't go forward as i got another apartment under the same management. Both are good. Kudos to management and staffs.

Great place to live! Maintenance is fantastic, the gym is great, and the pool is very nice. All staff is very helpful and accommodating and residents are friendly.

My move in process was super easy. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds quick and actually fixes the issues that I have. Super happy with my apartment overall.

I love it here so far. Move in process was quick and easy. Management got me in fast with no issues and the place is beautiful and a really good area and around anything you need without being right in the mess of traffic

So unfortunate to see some of the negative reviews here because I have lived here for 8 months without any major issues. Just for the record, I live in building 2 and have never had any problems with roaches or any type of pests except a wasp nest on the balcony which was quickly removed when I reported it. Sadly, it is my last month here renting at Milana Reserve. It has been a pleasant experience overall. The staff here at Milana Reserve have been nothing but kind and very professional. They definitely take pride in their work in making a pleasant experience for their residents here. The maintenance team here have also been pleasant to work with in responding to calls promptly. The grounds here are also kept clean and well maintained which makes everything beautiful to look at especially by the pond. Finally, needing a temporary rental as we relocated from another state and not knowing the area very well, I was very grateful that we stumbled upon this place.

I have been living here since the end of August and I have been loving it. The community is quiet and the staff is very accommodating. The path by the water is beautiful to walk on a sunny day and it really feels like home here.

I live here now and can't wait for the end of the lease. Let me sum up this place in one word.what a DUMP. You'll find a nicer and cheaper place, just not here. The gym hasn't been cleaned in 3 months and should be condemned. See the pics. This is the "luxury" they promise. What a joke. Run fast and run far bc they have no pride or integrity. The attorney General, codes, and OSHA will be getting calls from me tomorrow.

This place isn’t what you think it is. You get charged an arm and leg to live here. They can’t even provide screened in balconies, at the bare minimum. People’s cars are constantly broken into, no cameras, no closed gates or anything. This place isn’t secure at all. I’ve lived in worse places and nothing like this has happened to me before until moving here. Of course the office can’t do anything to help. All they will tell you is to catch the person on camera and give it to them, since they can’t even have their own cameras installed here. Starting to regret moving here. I would tell you to pick elsewhere, not here.

I have currently lived here for 7 months and this has been the worst living experience I think a person could ask for. We get roaches regularly. They make us apay for a service for someone to pick up your garbage outside of your house but never come get it so garbage just sits outside getting torn up by squirrels for days making a mess. Our A/C has broken 5 times since we've been here. After the 5th time, they decided we would need a new unit. They then put 2 holes about 18 inches in diameter in our ceiling to hook in the new unit and LEFT THE OPEN CEILING for weeks. I could literally see outside of my apartment. When they finally came to fix the holes, they left our living room covered in drywall. Couches, floor, table, everything covered and left it as a surprise for us to come home too. Unprofessional and disgusting. I would tell my worst enemy not to live here it's that bad.

I’ve been living here for almost a year and I absolutely love it. It’s so nice and quiet The view by the pond is gorgeous. The office staff are so helpful when I have questions or concerns.

The best of the best. Sean, Nick, Leann. They have gone above and beyond for me. I can’t leave maintenance out either. Everyone has gone above and beyond. Don’t look no further. You have found your home. This is my second year. I haven’t had any issues at all. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Everything’s been so nice so far I like that they take the trash. I only thing is I wasn’t expecting to have carpet and also to the eyes on my stove are a little bit weird but overall everything‘s great also I don’t know when pest control is supposed to come, but I haven’t had a pest control come into my apartment yet.

I lived at Milana Reserve for a few years until a family emergency forced me to move. At my first opportunity I returned and am happily enjoying my renewed residency. Great staff as well, glad to be back home:)

I’ve been living here for about two months now and I love it! The leasing office team is so kind and helpful in both the application process and questions about move-in. The maintenance team is also very kind and helpful - they even helped me move furniture up to my apartment! Great amenities. Feel very safe here.

Property crime! Don't get complacent folks. Auto burglaries/theft continue to be an issue here and in other apt communities Ensure you lock your car doors. Don't leave anything inside your car that you can't afford to lose. If you have a concealed carry fire arm definately DO NOT leave in your car.

A family member resided here for a few years. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Mold, unexplained leaks, slow repairs, roach infestation, lazy management practices, tenant shaming, etc. Eeeek!

AND. YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO RAISE THE RENTS ON THIS DESPICABLE COMPLEX? Rent increases of $500 for what? ! Violations galore? ! How much do you owe in fines? Plenty!
Is that why you increased the rents? To pay your fines? When it's EMPTY, sell it! Let someone decent and CARING take over.enough is enough. And the management team.you need to be fireddddd. Done!

Please bring back the old management. Yes prices have increased but they are so unwilling to help when it comes to rent due to any hardships. Martha explained that they are able to waive late fees once per year due to a hardship but Sean is so uptight idk how he manages to breathe

From the moment I walked in for a tour to the moment I signed the lease, the staff was soo nice and patient with me! It was my first time renting an apartment and I’m happy I chose this one. My one bed/bath is great, no issues, looks just like the one I toured. So far things are going great. Place is very quite and everyone is friendly.
