I absolutely love working with Nicole! She does a fantastic job of getting everything figured out and she is so knowledgeable. She is quick to respond and answers every question that I could possibly come up with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I love how easy she makes insurance.

Choosing a health insurance was so difficult for me because I had a million questions on how things work and what things meant, etc. Finding the right plan that I could afford was also very difficult. I research several options one morning and within 5 minutes of entering my information, my phone starting ringing with robo-callers and recordings. I received so many text messages and voicemails that I no longer wanted to research options out of fear of being hounded by calls and texts. The very first day I received over 80 calls. This went on for a few days. I finally received a text that seemed like it was a real person. I took a chance and responded and I received the best customer service ever! I had everything explained to the point where I felt comfortable with choosing a plan that meets my needs. I will always gripe about the cost but it is a very necessary expense. Thank you, thank you! I could not have done this without you!
