Took my parents for imaging studies. The staff were incredibly talented.
Argenis, at the service desk; was a wonderful first impression. He educated my parents about what to expect throughout their visit and addressed all their clinical and administrative concerns successfully.

As a friend accompanying a patient to Millennium Diagnostic Imaging Center, the one located in Kendall, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service, notably from Argenis at the front desk!
His professionalism, kindness, and outstanding dedication truly made our visit memorable.
Despite not being the patient myself, Argenis went above and beyond to make both the patient and me feel comfortable and valued. He was attentive, provided clear explanations, and kept us informed about the procedure, alleviating any concerns we had.

The place is very nice and clean, you don't have to wait for hours like other centers, Argenis the guy at the front desk is very friendly and polite and the technician Roly is very communicative, he knows what he's doing, unlike other places where technicians do not even know how to care for a patient. My patients have no complaints about them.
I recommend it 100%

Front desk Argenis is amazing super friendly, I loved the way he treated my mom, I took my mom for a CT scan of the chest and if she waited 25 minutes it was too much. The technician Roly was super nice he gave me a CD with the images without charging anything, while other places you have to pay $5-$10 per CD.

The attention is good.
But the most important thing is to have the results available.
We did the X-Ray on Tuesday with a doctor's note, which indicates that they are urgent.
Today, Saturday, they have not been sent to the primary doctor. You shouldn't have to go there for the result. Well, they indicated that they would send the doctor who ordered them, and they don't even answer the phone number. Bad truth.

This is the second time I go to this place (the first time everything was OK, it was not the same work team) but this time the truth is. Terrible experience, a total lack of respect, from making the appointment (after a lot of work to communicate, I make the appointment and when the day arrives, it appears that the appointment does not exist), even to report after 5 weeks (calling weekly until I went and left a note under the door) that the equipment was broken and not They had Ultrasound results. If I could give an evaluation of -10 I would give it without thinking twice, mainly to the young man at the front desk
