I had a terrible experience with Millenium Granite. I am a designer and have been in this business for over 15 years. I hired Millenium granite to manufacture a Kitchen countertop for a client and gave them specifications, deposits, material, and they even came to the job site to measure. And after a really bumpy experience throughout the whole process, chasing them to get answers and schedules, they called me the day of the installation to tell me they could not manufacture that type of material, which they had in their shop for over a month. The worst part is they told me they would give me back the deposit and it's been almost a year and I never got it back. I don't typically take the time to leave bad reviews as I don't want to hurt anybody and try not to focus on negative things. But their lack of professionalism, integrity and honesty prompted me to do this.
