6Never had a bad experience in there…all nurses are very nice, Jessica Treise is awesome. Front desk workers are great. I’ve never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes to see my APN! I’ve been going there for the last 11 years…!
This place is the worst so called medical facility that I have ever been to! The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I only got to see a real doctor once, All the other times, I was either cancelled or had to see one of their enept flunky's. Beware of this place, it should be shut down! They are a discrase to the medical profession and Ft. Myers Shores. I pity the fool's. 0 star's for them!
Dr said if I have an issue giving my self a shot just to stop in no problem it just takes a few minutes. This morning I went in and was told to come back tomorrow if not I was threatened with a long wait. There was no respect in her voice.
The people in the office are always a pleasure to see and very efficient and kind. I’m especially happy that they are all so good at giving injections painlessly!
I would give this place a zero if it allowed me. Office staff took my information and checked me in. Waited 45 minutes and noticed they skipped me and asked if they forgot me. The same person who checked me in then began to say there was a scheduling issue and no room left for me and I had to come back. I asked how this could happen in 45 minutes and he argued, was very rude when I asked just to add me in since they took a 3: 30 in my place when I had a 3pm appointment…he refused and I won’t go back to this group. Now I know why they are not booked when you have to wait months for other doctors.
I’ve been visiting my family physician here since I was a kid. I’ve always hated it. Some of the medical professionals are very kind and accommodating. Most of the staff, however, is inattentive and sometimes outright rude. My latest issues were the last straw. I’m in urgent need of medication for my asthma and can’t get into contact with ANYONE over the phone or through the patient portal for a refill. I can only imagine what it would be like to suffer through this with an even more serious condition. If you have any kind of chronic condition, for the love of God, do NOT trust these people with your health.
