Millennium Physician Group - Jacksonville Primary-Care

I initially scheduled a doctors appointment because of an injury. When I received a referral from the Doctor it was for the wrong location on my back. This is fine because I don’t expect doctors to know exactly where the pain comes from. The doctor who handled my case was very professional and a great doctor. When the physical therapist doctor that was treating me sent back asking for a change in the referral to have the correct location of my injury, this is where the issue started. I called Millennial and spoke to “DJ”. She was not helpful at all. The Physical Therapist’s sent over the referral via fax and DJ said they didn’t receive it. So the physical therapist sent it again, no big deal; however, DJ became very agitated at dealing with this request. I had the physical therapist (PT) Doctor talk to her and she was really rude with the PT Doctor. This conversation went on like this for several minutes. The PT Dr.was very professional and cordial. I called twice a day for two to three days and DJ received my call she seamed to act as if it were the first time talking to me and every time she would tell me the doctor is reviewing it. The final day another person answered and they got it signed that day. I missed out of PT for a week and this caused me to back slide from my recovery. I would say everybody there with the exception for DJ was professional and very kind. If you decide to go see this doctor if you get DJ ask for someone else.
