Worst practice ever. Called for an appointment, gave all info, assigned and scheduled with Dr. Raul Holguin only to show up day of appointment and be told, he no longer accepts patience with your insurance. What a fail of a medical practice. They asked do you want us to find someone else, and I said. No thanks. Never again. Terrible service and a fail at taking care of patients.

Terrible experience for my 87-year-old mother. We met Carolyn Finney, a nurse practitioner for the practice. From the moment she walked in, chewing and cracking her gum throughout the entire appointment, she barely looked at my mother while she asked questions about her medications and surgeries (which I had provided in a type written document prior to her appointment), and typed her way on a computer through the 35 minute appointment. She could have cared less about mom's issues - and when my mom's eyes welled with tears, I very professionally asked her if she wouldn't mind talking to mom, rather than typing everything and only answering with one or two words. Instead she retorted that technology was the way of medicine, and without it she wouldn't be able to practice medicine at all. That was the longest sentence she uttered during the entire appointment - the rest were "yes, no, and hmm. Practice medicine? With my doctorate, which is not in the health field, I knew more about commonly prescribed medications than she did - I'm tired of being the physician - that's what we are paying practitioners for! I'm beginning to think that most of the medical field want seniors to dry up and blow away as they could care less about caring for them. RUN if you are assigned this woman!

My doctor took very good care of me preop! Spent 45 minutes examining me and answering all my questions. I will stay with this group because of her. Thank you.

I went to urgent care and was treated well by all I encountered.

I have to say, though, that Dr.dePinto, although very nice, needs to be more gentle during palpations to find where it hurts. He really probed too forcefully.

On the morning of 8/23/2022, just hours before house guests showing up in the afternoon, my wife fell ill. So I called into her primary care physician (my phone record showed 8: 02 am) located near Publix at the corner of Pinebrook & Laurel. I asked the person that took my message to please ask the nurse/doctor to call back as soon as they can if they cannot see her that day so I can take her to the urgent care. Lucky I took her to the urgent care and get her the needed medications before the morning ends. Her PCP, SC, never returned my call for help!

I am writing this review on 8/25/2022. So I emphasize that the PCP never returned my call for help!

I visited this facility and first was greeted at the front desk with kindness which made me feel in good hands already. When I was awaiting my physician the atmosphere was nice and clean. My doctor was very helpful and fulfilled all the needs that I was there for. I highly recommend this office for your visits and health care needs!

I went to this Urgent care 2/19/2022, Saturday. The employees at the front desk were pleasant and the nurse, Robin, that took my vitals and information was great. I was seen by Dr Christina Kukula, who came in my room with an attitude! She was very rude, unpleasant and nasty. I realize everyone is overworked these days but it is no reason to be so nasty with patients. I will never be returning to that office again!
