I saw Dr. Manivel and unfortunately she was the most uncaring physician I have ever experienced. I worked in the medical field for some time and have worked with many physicians and this was the most negative experience I ever had with a physician. The girls in the office were kind too bad the doctor could not follow their example.

I highly recommend very professional and nice Stephanie. I called to make an appointment and with all my questions and very needs that Stephanie was extremely nice, patient and helpful with all answer to my questions and we did that appointment. Thank you Dear Stephanie!

Dr Bilkoo took the time to explain everything with knowledge along with kindness and compassion. The office staff had the best customer service. I highly recommend this office.

I called the office to ask a question about my upcoming appointment and I was told my Dr left the practice. After my primary doctor (Dr Michael) left 6 months ago, the practice went downhill. The first time I saw the other doctor in the practice she cut my medication in half. I didn't know about it until I went to pick it up from the pharmacy. The second time I saw her I told her I wasn't happy about her cutting down my medication. I told her she wasn't acting in the best interest of her patients, she is listening to the insurance company and she told me I can find another doctor. She never went over my lab work and my medication needed to be adjusted and she didn't do that either.
As far as finding another doctor, I went back to my previous doctor, he's two doors down from the other practice. Very happy now.

Impossible to deal with. They charged me $50 for prescriptions I never received and could not fill. They did not send it to the pharmacy, then would not fix it, then sent me to collections for $50. Good grief!

Found out earlier in the year that my doctor Ehab Michael suddenly quit the practice. It was a week or two after he quit. My father who also sees Ehab didn't get a notice about him quitting for another week or two after I got my notice! To call this practice unprofessional is an understatement. There is a reason every time I went there the waiting room was always empty and I see why now.

I would not recommend going here, when a Dr says " I got other patients to see and I don't have the time" you know they just don't care. They can't even get a simple referral done correctly. And that's their main job. Rude as can be it's makes you shake your head.

Not professional at all. Got yelled at by a person over the phone who confused me with another patient and realized she was talking to the wrong person after looking at the notes.

I was told to come back in for a physical and all they did was listened to me breathing and tell me the results of my blood work that I already had access to. I was confused by the whole process as nothing different was done from the previous appointment. When I called in to ask why I was being charged for a full physical is when I got yelled at by someone who thought I was a different patient. Basically felt that I got scammed and then yelled at by someone who is clearly not professional.

Been there serval times over 3/4 of a year.found medical advise ok, but office and scheduling a nightmare.they try to be computerized and in turn you can never speak to a person.everything is leave a message and will be in touch in 4 hours or so. I believe the staff tries hard, but being understaff is not the fault of staff but administration.
