Millennium Physician Group reviews
7I went there for a Blood Draw and they were very nice and the young lady that did My draw was awesome, I would gladly go back, Thank you!
Absolutely amazing!
This office has a variety of physicians that are amazing and always eager to help. In house labs as well. Quick to call back even on weekends. Friendly staff and clean offices.
Joanna my phlebotomist today took great care of me. She was not only gentle when taking my blood she was very sweet. She offered me juice so I wouldn't be weak after my blood draw or get a headache. Little things like that mean alot to me. Thank you Joanna for another great experience at Millennium Physician Group!
Avoid at all costs. I was with them over 16 years. Used to be good local family practice. Now bought out by money grubbing Millenium Physicians Group (based in Ft Myers). Millenium did not update their Covid policy on website for over a month. Staff informed me of this when I arrived. When I showed up for my appointment only a few patients were wearing masks and no staff except my Dr. I unsuccessfully attempted to place a complaint with their manager (who hid in her office) and then waited in my car for my appointment. I thought Dr Wigger (relaced my former excellent doctor about same time as Millenium takeover) cared about me as a patient, but this was clearly not the case when she allowed a nasty letter from head office (Ft Myers) to be sent to me. Hers was the only name on the letter. They wanted me to sigh a behavioural contract, which I have I have been advised is probably illegal. I was so upset that I dropped to my knees in my garden and had a cardiac event the day after receiving their unsigned letter. They are a vertically integrated money machine. Patient concern and care comes dead last at this disgusting excuse for a medical facility.
Dr. Wigger is the best. She takes time to listen to you, and you never feel rushed. I always feel taken care of when I visit.
Though I love my dr within this group their new voicemail system is frustrating. When you call in you are speaking to a phone bank which then tries to connect you to the office. Many times you can play phone tag for days until you receive answers. It is honestly quicker to drive to the office and wait to speak to their office staff. I’m not sure who thought this was a good idea and maybe it is from a business perspective but for the patents.
I like the doctors/NPs at this office but you can never directly call the office, you have to go through a hotline for any reason you are calling. Then the hotline can’t even schedule an appointment or do anything for you, they send a message to the office location you go to. Then the office calls you back. This is such a pain and makes the process to get an appointment or even ask a general question much more difficult.
