I’m very happy with this place. The apartments are modern and the amenities are great. If you have a dog the dog park is massive. It has a washing area and it’s well kept as well as lit up for those late night dog walks. The gym is good if you want to squeeze a workout in after a busy day or hit the tanning bed if that’s your thing. The big win of this property is the staff. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. They do things like Christmas scavenger hunts, bingo nights and trivia nights all of which award pretty high end prizes. The Maintenence guys walk around with dog treats and don’t scare easily which is a nice touch. The package room is also secure so you don’t have to worry about losing any orders. Highly Recommended this place. Samantha and Justin are amazing assets here and are sure to guide you in the right direction.

I moved in with my fiancee not too long ago. Sam welcomed me with her infectious smile. She has patiently guided me through the whole process. Whenever I go to the office, she greets me in a friendly way and makes the time to assist with whatever I need. Thank you.

If you are looking for comfort, luxury and a feeling like home, this is the place. We moved from Naples to Tampa and after looking for safety and a nice place for us and our dog we found this complex. I need to mention Samantha, and Justin. They try to help every body including our pets. Thank you Millenium!

I lived here for 9 months in a 1br1ba. Really had an awesome experience. Place was clean, quiet and the residents are all super friendly. Made a lot of connections here. The leasing staff especially Samantha are so wonderful. Very responsive and always cared about me and my dog. 10/10 would recommend. Oh the maintenance guys.they rock, one guy always gave my dog treats.

The Millenium is a great place live, and everything is close by, with some of the best restaurants. The leasing agents are always here to help, to make sure we have a great experience while living here.

Great place to live! Samantha in the office is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and always finds time to help me and answer my questions immediately! Maintenance usually responds and fixes any issues within 24 hours which is awesome. Highly recommend living here.

Best apartment even. Good workers to help you through out applications process. Moved to Tampa and had Jason take care of me from day one i applied till i got in the apartment. Will recommend anyone to stop by at the complex and ask for Jason he followed up even after i entered the apartment and made sure i had everything i needed to have a happy stay in the apartment. Thank you once more Jason. Without forgetting Samantha she help in the process as well. Never had a good customer experience like i got in the Millennium Westshore. Do not MOVE HERE ALARM ALWAYS GOES OFF!

I have been here a little over two years the alarm has gone off about 8 times ONCE there was a legit reason. It ALWAYS goes off. This time it happen at 4: 45a. The know how to raise the rent by as LITTLE as 15% year over year but they don't know how to take that money and fix the reason the alarms keep going off.

Maybe they should lower the rent every time there is a false alarm. There quick to give notice about garbage pick up when you set it out on time and its not collected!

I lived here for nearly 5 years before moving to Pinellas county and getting married. Honestly? I never cared for the community, but I loved my individual apartment. It was one of the random alternative floorplans that they only have a few of and it was perfect for me. Once the construction started on the floors out by the garage, it became nearly unbearable for a night shift worker- there was no escape from noise. It's disappointing to hear they are STILL working on the building 3.5 years later. Also, for those posting about fire alarms, they used to go off randomly about once every few months when I lived there, almost always between 11pm and 2 am, so that's not new nor does it sound like that will change.

Stay away from here, this place is horrible. I've had an attempted break in on my vehicle in the parking garage, there have been vehicles stolen from here and management still hasn't addressed any security issues with this to prevent this and when I informed them of the attempted break in on my vehicle they acted like I was annoying them. The package room has been broken into multiple times. Fire alarms randomly go off due to construction errors (the complex is under construction) or people pull the alarms, people set off fire alarms from throwing cigarettes, etc. The prices they are asking for is absolute insanity and they pass it off as the market like they believe the units here are comporable to a luxury apartment. The units are barely average. Dont trust any show units. I dont know how they ask for these prices with a straight face. The office has no direct line of contact (they only have a machine and take voicemail). The active construction going on my patio is required because of "problems with initial construction" so I can't work from home peacefully, can't have guests over, and their concession for estimated 4 months of this is $150 one time. Horrible

Samantha Kerton at the front is the absolute best! Sweet and personable and has an undeniable work ethic. She made this whole process seamless and I am just thrilled!
