Miller's Ale House - Orlando Kirkman

Everything was horrible. Tried to order pasta for my husband and was told that they didn't have it because it take to long to make. Literally the words of the hostess. Tried to order ribs was also told they didn't have it. Waited at least an hour for my food and the steak and potatoes was cold as hell well luke warm. Literally cut into my steak and picked it up and it was barely warm for it to just come out the kitchen. Just a horrible experience all around and I will never return to this location. Waitress didn't even ID for the drink she just assume I was of age.

Horrible Service! We waited for 25 mins and not one server spoke to us. Then we asked for a manager and he walked everywhere but to our table.

Daytime manager (7/2/21 around 1pm) female, wouldn’t take my pickup order over the phone and was pretty rude about it. So I said I’d come in. When I walked in there she was at the hostess stand looking down. She did not greet me or even look up. I spoke first and said “Hello I need to place a to-go order”. Without looking up she vaguely gestures towards the empty to go counter without speaking. Eventually someone came over and took my order. I had to ask them if THAT was the manager. They said yes. Important to note, she maintains this lack of engagement with two other groups that came in after me. Including walking one group to a table dropping a stack of menus down and walking away without speaking to them. Having worked in hospitality… yikes! That HAS to be addressed. Been stopping by the Kirkman Location randomly over the last 20 years as I am a zinger addict. Never quite seen anything like that before.

The host was incredibly rude and barely looked away from her phone to tell us it would be an hour wait. Assuming this was indicative of the kind of service we’d receive, we didn’t even stay to eat.

I want to give 0 stars! These people were just the rudest and the most unprofessional staff I had ever encountered. I was with family visiting from out of town and all we wanted was a nice dinner not sitting by the bar with the children. But what we got was a disrespectful hostess, ignored by the staff for 35 minutes and when we requested the manager he never came to our table and we clearly saw him standing at the bar talking with the rest of the staff. We decided to leave without ever being served or spoken to by anyone. This is the worst thing I have ever experienced.

I caught a world cup game here and had lots of fun. Great bartenders and friendly staff. Will return

I have been on this place several times and never had a problem but last time the service was terrible, the server took 15 minutes to show up and then 10 minutes to bring water and then we wait for 15 more minutes and we did not even get our appertize, we left the palce, bad experience.

Great food especially they wings fresh and juicy in every bite. Friendly staff just a great place to hang out n drink & eat. For all ages

Tasty calamari, Cole slaw was meh, fish and chips were abundant and nicely fried. Dual lobster tails were nicely cooked. Our waitress was attentive and the restaurant was clean with plenty of seating. Lots of tv's for sports viewing. An outside deck for smoking and a large inside bar.

Always a good time, inside or out. Food is never less than amazing and the drinks are always worth the price. I can always enjoy a date night or a crowd of friends here and people are usually tolerable. Staff is always smiling and ready to assist. I'd go back any time and thank you for creating ZINGERS!

The only problem that I have with this restaurant along with other restaurants is because when you order food and they don't know how to cook it right and you got to keep on sending it back that's the only problem I have with this restaurant as well

We had a fantastic family meal, with service which was second to none. The value for money was also superb. I had a delicious steak, cooked medium rare and some tasty ales. The others had nachos, chicken zingers and chicken wings. Matt D served us and explained the various offers and options. He made a great meal even better. We have a week left in Orlando and we will be back!

Great service food was fresh and no wait for once ordered I recommend this Alehouse to anyone at anytime.

The review I have given would have been 1 if this was the first time I had visited. Having been to this resteraunt for several nights with my family of six, I was absolutely disappointed of the service, then to be challenged by the waitress of no tip was disgusting in front of my family, on leaving the waitress even continued to follow a family member and say don't bother coming back here again.consider this I have visited this bar on numerous occasions even on a previous holiday. My son and daughter would feel uncomfortable going back and I wouldn't want this. Look I'm sure this is an isolated incident, but will visit other venues before going back home.

Excellent service and reasonably priced drinks! Food was good, the ribs a bit dry. It was late however, so that may be the reason there. Lots of TVs to watch sports as well.

Something was going on with the air conditioning the night we were there because it was hot inside the restaurant. Myself and others around me sitting at the bar were literally sweating as we drink our beer. I'm sure it was a one-time incident and I will be back but this occasion only warranted two stars.

Best ale house I've been to! Superb service form everyone. Our server, Tara, was so sweet, genuine, and attentive!

I ordered the 35 shrimp for pick up I live 2 minutes down the road trying to find parking to just pick up a meal I get home it was cold my I wormed it up it was then soggy I got there my meal was sitting on a counter not even under a heat light I was really disappointed the parking is just crazy I'm sorry I'm not one to complain about stuff

While the food is just as good at this location, I must say that the service is not quite up to speed. It's good, but after dining at several other locations it just doesn't compare. Not sure why, but I would definitely still return here. Love the food.

Good atmosphere.limited menu.prices fair.service fair.advertising as a seafood restaurant.but very limited seafood choices on menu.we actually wished we had had gone somewhere else.no crab legs
