Sunday 1/28/2024 6: 30PM. Ordered dinner online and Had it delivered. The Uber Eats driver was great! The food however was another story. I ordered The Philly Cheese Steak sandwich with a baked potato. The baked potato was so old and cold it was yellow inside and the skin was hard. It went into the trash right away. The sandwich was cold a soggy, not good! Also had an order of Cajun Chicken Pasta. It seemed to be a bit dried up, or old. The Miller's Ale House website has a place to contact them, so I left a detailed message about the food and asked to be contacted about it. They have not responded. ***** Go some where else for a good meal *******

My husband had the pork ribs and I the rice bowl with shrimp. Both delicious! Our server, Monica, was great! We'll return and ask for her!

Im from Chicago. We have tons of millers in the Chicago land. So of course when this one opened here in Bradenton i had to try it. It didn’t disappoint. Love the spinach dip n the chicken n shrimp salad. Josh the bartender is a gem. I left my ear bud one night. He saved it for me until the next time i came in. Saved me 120 dollars Thank you Josh

Well went to Miller’s ale house about a month ago got the French dip asked for no onions so when they brought out my sandwich it was covered in onions so the bar tender apologized and said he would get me another one and put it on the fast for me so about 20 minutes later he came back after my wife was done eating and said you never got your order I said no and told him to cancel it and then the manager came over and said let me package one to go for you I said ok and he never came back so I left with no dinner and had to tell them to take it off the bill well let’s talk about this past weekend I thought it was just a bad night so we went to watch football and ordered a mountain melt daughter asked for bacon Ang onions on the side and guess what happened it came with both on the whole plate again bar tender apologized and told us to keep that one and he would put in another one and bartender came back 20 minutes later says you never got the new one and I told him know so I told him to cancel it and one of the managers happened to be walking back rite after that happened so I called him over and explained what had happened to me the last 2 visits and again apologized but I kinda felt like he was. Being bothered by me telling him what had happened in my book that is terrible customer service so I have written them off I used to go there like once a week but you got me twice your not gonna get me a third time thanks Guy Burgh

TIFFANY was amazing! Very personable and really went out of her way to make our group for work feel welcome and special! She had great energy! Made our manager very! Thank you so much for the service and hospitality from all of us! Would recommend this place for another work outing! THANK YOU

Good food but don't go if you're in a hurry. I think the servers have too many tables as we saw our server often but they didn't stop and check if we needed anything. Waited a long time for our check.

Best experience in a while. Tiffany provided an amazing experience. Very attentive, energetic, and respectful. I can’t thank you all enough. Will recommend to anyone.

A bit disappointed this time. Usually the food is decent, but not today. The Mahi Mahi tacos were unusually dry and oddly tasteless. The Caesar Salad had virtually no dressing, and the onion soup was bland. Good service at least. Maybe they just had an off day. We'll be in no rush to go back.

We enjoyed our lunch here, and Rachel is an excellent server. She made sure my mahi mahi sandwich was cooked throughout, and she addressed every question and request we had. My wife really liked her classic cheeseburger. The manager stopped by, and we had a nice chat. This location is obviously well run, and we observed them efficiently handling takeout and dine-in well even during a very busy time. They obviously have an experienced, dedicated staff.

We’re visiting friends in Sarasota and came here the very first night after arrival for dinner. Glad it was open late after 10 pm when we arrived. Food was delicious, service excellent and prices reasonable. We went back the next day. Large selection of dishes on the menu. It’s a busy place which is a good sign. Great weekly specials!

Best Calamari I have ever eaten. Even the rings were tender and flavorful! Wil try Prin Rib next time. I hear it is superb!

My family and I went tonight to try and have dinner and we weren’t even able to be given an estimated time for some reason but still waited. About 15 min into we, we went outside to wait because the inside was very crowded. My husband, my 7 year old, and 9 year old daughters and I sat outside on a bench to wait. Shortly after that, an employee came out and was unlocking his bike off of a bench next to where we were sitting and started accusing my husband of moving his bike! He was yelling at us and cursing in front of my children for something we did not do or even know what he was talking about. My husband went to get a manager and he continued to yell at me and with my children next to me, cursing that we moved his bike! I tried to tell him we did not touch his bike but he just kept yelling and saying it was us, we did it! He caused a huge scene in front of everyone waiting and was very inappropriate. First of all, why is an employee allowed to tie up a bike on a bench in the front of a restaurant made for the purpose of customers to sit and wait for their table? Also, I cannot believe employees are allowed to behave in that manner to customers, let alone anyone! Management didn’t seem overly concerned or even attempt to calm the situation down much when they came out, and the employee just drove off on his bike. I refused to eat there after the way my family and I were treated and we left to eat somewhere where I actually feel valued as a customer. You can bet my family and I will not be back there to that establishment again! Very very disappointed!
