Miller's Ale House - Miami Kendall

I moved in to Florida a few months ago and this place is great to watch some good tv and have amazing beers!

Like the rest of the Miller's Ale Houses, prices have gone up, portion sizes have shrunk, food quality is awful. Service is bad. Order food and have to try and flag down a server to get utensils and condiments. Takes forever to get your check to leave. There's a reason why this place is nearly empty many times when nearby establishments are busy (Flanigan's, Duffy's, Bahama Breeze, etc.). I used to really like the Alehouses, but I won't be going back to any of them, just too many better options close by.

First time we visited this location was New Years Eve and we had Dre as a server. He was great, the food was good and just as ordered. Today was visited (a Saturday, late lunch) and our server (Raul? Maybe?) was incredibly lackadaisical, we were missing things with our orders, all in all a very "meh" experience.

Customer over 20 years until recently. Apparently they removed and replaced at least 50 percent of their menu. The new menu is terrible and cheap quality. I’m sure the move was to save themselves more money.

Great place to hangout with friends after a rough day at work. The food is good too, not great, but good.

Fannie G was the worst waitress I’ve ever come across.
Honestly she took forever to check up on our table and she had an unpleasant attitude the whole night. Not sure if she’s just having a bad day, but I went there to have a good time and I left very disappointed. We ordered drinks and the whole time i felt like I was just drinking juice.

What’s wrong with you people? Your locale is nice, the bar service is excellent but, when it comes to food you are low class. A few weeks ago I ordered the Osobuco, when.brought before me the dish looked luscious but when I dug in with my fork and knife I got stuck with a FROZEN piece of meat. Since then, I only come for drinks and maybe a fried bite. Right now I’m at your place having a glass of wine at the bar and, the person next to me just returned the OSOBUCO he ordered because it was very cold (at least not still frozen like mine.). When you hire cooks, do you really care if they can deliver? According to my experience at this Miller’s Ale House in Kendall Drive, Miami you don’t give a damn.

What makes this place great is the easy parking and quick seating. Food is alright. Staff is friendly.

Feel good food and atmosphere! Staff is always friendly and the service is good. This is definitely a go-to place!

I had the Monday special: delicious baby back ribs. Service was friendly but not overly interested and moved on as fast as she could, even though there weren't many customers.

Every time I am here the service sucks. It’s always late for drinks. I feel like I have to bag them for a drink. I ask for food and doesn’t come out. Wait 20 mins and the bartenders don’t pay attention to the person. You are better going to duffys where they do and they treat you like family. Sick and tried of trying to this place a chance. Done! Go somewhere else, you are better of!

Horrible services. Service seems to have lot of friends that visit them so they don't pay attention to their job caz they are bussi pleasing their friends. GOOD FOOD BUT FOR THAT I CAN GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION.

Great and quick service. Professional and courteous staff. Delicious food well prepared. Great place to go and eat and have a good time.

I usually don't go out this late on a Monday night. But due to the circumstances of this evening, I had not eaten dinner. It was pleasant and service was quick and informative of the happy hour drinks and food items. Will definelty repeat.

My boyfriend accidentally received his wings a bit raw, however, the way that Krystal & the manager handle it was phenomenal! Their customer service is beyond awesome! Great location!
