Willy was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with our thermostat. And while at the house, he found a loose door on the furnace itself which he solved quickly with a couple of screws. I was happy with the entire process.

They were very helpful, emailed the quote to me right away and managed to schedule replacement in the afternoon on the same day within hours. The technician arrived punctually. He was very friendly, helpful and paid close attention to details. He carefully checked the leaking problem, helped to clean up, and provided valuable advice. He suggested me to rent a blower to dry the floor to prevent mold growth. His service was impeccable.

I wanted to get some deep cleaning completed on my furnace and AC unit. After some research, found Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning and had some affordable prices for the options they offered. The tech showed up, on time, and walked me through all the work being done and then walked me through everything after he finished. I'm used to technicians just coming through, completing the work, and not really concerning their clients. I felt great in the quality of the work, and appreciated him taking the time. I recommend these guys if this is the kind of service you expect.

My experience has been consistently positive over the years, which is pretty amazing all by itself. The individual who arranges appointments has a great customer service attitude and the guys who come to maintain, fix or replace my HVAC system have been professional, knowledgeable, and in most cases very efficient in getting the work done. Tech from Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning was very helpful and solved my problem. He kept in touch with me about when I should expect him. When he arrived he walked me thru the problem and showed me how to correct if the problem came back. He said Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning would call on Monday to quote a replacement part.
