Mills air replace my old air conditioner 7 years ago. They come every six months to do my maintenance, I must say that I have not had any trouble with my AC. This company and its staff are real professionals. The customer service is top notch. I have recommended them to a few of my friends and they have been very satisfied with the customer service as well.

I've been using Mills Air about 2 years now. They are very knowledgeable and professional. My opinion is that some of the services that are offered are a lil pricey but over all a Great company.

Sued this contractor for installing an undersized HVAC as they then proceeded to lie to our household for a year during warranty, about what the issues actually where. They used dampers, ran other endless useless tests over and over, just to be found guilty, in civil court, of knowingly installing multiple undersized HVAC's in the Storey Grove community.

Beware of this contractor. They do illegal work knowingly. It's not hard to do the math on your tonnage vs square footage. Corrupt business practices. Avoid their maintenance.
