I have used Mills Heating & Air
for my air conditioning challenges in Miramar Beach. On my last visit Alan and Ben took care of business. They were prompt, knowledgeable and mostly important fixed the issue. Thank you for your professionalism. We greatly appreciate it!

I chose Mills because of the high ratings online. However, I will not use them again. The lady on the phone was very pleasant. She told me that the service call was $99 and if there were any additional fees the technician would update me. On the day of the service, the technician barely spoke to me, went ahead and flushed the clogged hose without informing me and suddenly I had another $95 charge on my bill. I had no opportunity to deny service or ask questions before the work was done. I think $194 dollar bill is excessive for a 10-15 minute call where they simply flushed a hose. I paid my bill, but won't throw my money away with them again. I'm not angry, but I am disappointed because I was hoping to find a reliable and fair HVAC company nearby.

Ben was so patient and helpful with me, he handled my air conditioner issue while I was out of town and took care of it as if I was there in person. Appreciate the the honest and helpful expertise.

Needed both AC systems replaced and got 4 estimates. Paul from Mills was the 4th and by far the most knowledgeable. He had straight answers to all my questions and could articulate what was going to be the best equipment for what I wanted. The prices he gave me were within $100 of another great company with pink trucks. After a couple of days trying to decide, Paul got back to me with a new pricing schedule on Trane equipment (that had been previously higher than Carrier) that saved me about $2,000. I still spent a LOT of money on the replacements, but I’m confident I got the best deal I could get. Paul followed up after the sale, the install crew was great (both days), and I am completely satisfied with the systems. Absolutely recommend.

Alan has been a steller tech. His knowledge and mechanical abilities make him a valuable asset.
