And I am of the opinion (especially these days) that everyone needs someone we who is trustworthy and cares about the interests of the Buyer and/or Sellers. Cheryl Vella is a realtor you can trust because she truly cares and People come first.

Do not use this realtor company for rentals! I can not speak for their purchasing and selling agents but dealing with this firm for anything rental related was a complete nightmare. Leslie specifically was un responsive and despite photos and numerous requests brushed off any tenant concerns. Also I kept the property exactly the way it was when I moved in except for a few holes where things were hung on the walls with plastic anchors, and was charged over $1000 for move out repairs and cleaning. This is just a warning to save someone the headache that I endured. I’m sure this post will get removed but, Good luck happy shopping.
