Unethical insurance broker. Had an agent commit insurance fraud by insuring my short term rentals with a carrier that did not accept short term rentals leading to a non renewal and putting my properties at risk.

Broker has a history of screwing over customers. Read other reviews. They ignore you once there is a problem and ignore till you go away. Please file complaints with the state.

I do not recommend this agency! Horrible Customer Service. I cancelled my renters insurance with Citizens and I am due a refund - I spoke with Clayton he stated he would call and get back to me - he did not respond to any emails I sent nor messages I left for him. I then spoke with Jen/Jenny explained the situation and she stated she would look into it again no response. I then emailed Mimi Lange and left messages with no response. I always try and support women owned business however because of the lack of Customer Service I took my business elsewhere.

What a delightful insurance office. It took no time at all to settle my concerns with them. I talked with Kelly and she was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to talk with; I recommend them highly.
